Installation
Place the freezer on a flat, solid surface away from sunlight, heat sources, and humid or messy places. Ensure adequate space around the unit for air circulation. If placed in a cupboard, remove the back panel for ventilation.
Door Alignment:
- Remove the top hinge cover using a flathead screwdriver.
- Loosen the top hinge screws with a Phillips head screwdriver.
- Adjust the door or use a spacer, then tighten the screws.
- Replace the top hinge cover, aligning it with the hinge, and press firmly until it snaps into place.
Operation
Before Plugging In: Check electrical wires for damage, ensure the earthing screw is fixed, and the wall outlet is properly earthed.
First-Time Operation: Run the freezer empty until it auto-stops at the desired temperature (usually 2-3 hours). Then set the thermostat and load food.
Temperature Control: Adjust the thermostat knob at the rear. Closer to "5" is colder. A medium setting is suitable for general operation. The temperature varies with food quantity and door opening frequency. Turning to "0" stops the unit.
Caution: Do not force the thermostat past the "5" position.
Defrosting
Defrost when frost on the evaporator is 3-4 mm thick. Turn the temperature control to "0", unplug the freezer, remove food and drawers. After melting, discard water and dry the interior. Restart by setting the thermostat.
Caution: Never use sharp or metallic instruments to remove frost, as this can damage the evaporator.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Disconnect power, remove food and drawers. Clean the interior with a solution of 2 spoons of baking soda per liter of warm water, then wipe with fresh water. Do not use acids, chemical thinners, gasoline, or benzene. Do not use oily water or benzene on plastic parts.
- Ensure some free space for air circulation. Do not store volatile or explosive materials like gasoline or adhesives in the freezer.

- Plug into a dedicated outlet to prevent overload.
- Do not splash water on the freezer.
- If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by a qualified person.
- The freezer must be properly earthed.
