Setup
Connect the JBL Quantum 200 headset using the included PC splitter. The headset's 3.5mm jack plugs into the PC splitter, which then connects to your PC's audio and microphone ports. The headset is also compatible with Xbox™, PlayStation™, Nintendo Switch™, Mobile, Mac, and VR devices.
Microphone
The headset features a voice-focus, directional boom microphone. It can be flipped up to mute automatically. The microphone is designed for clear voice capture during gameplay.

Warranty Information
HARMAN International Industries, Incorporated warrants the JBL Quantum 200 headset against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE year from the date of retail purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement at HARMAN's option. It does not cover damage from accident, unreasonable use, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries, ear pads). The warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase.
For products sold in Australia after April 1, 2016, this warranty against defects applies, in addition to rights provided by the Australian Consumer Law. For JBL headphones, the warranty period is 1 year.
To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer who sold the product or JBL customer support via the relevant country-specific support website (e.g., www.jbl.com). Proof of purchase is required. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
Safety Warnings
- ⚠️ To guarantee personal safety, ensure headphones are not worn or kept in the immediate vicinity (closer than 10 cm) of a pacemaker.
- Do not insert jack plugs into electric sockets.
- Supervise children when using the equipment. The product is not a toy.
- Headphone listening at high volume levels, particularly over extended periods, may damage your hearing.
Important Notes
- To prevent clicks from high volume settings affecting hearing, always set the volume control to minimum before switching between audio sources or plugging in the headphones.
- For traffic safety, do not use headphones while driving or cycling.
- Ear pads may deteriorate due to long-term storage or use.
