Installation Guide
Follow these steps for installation:
- Prepare the lamp assembly, ensuring the cord is attached.
- Mount the ceiling bracket securely to the ceiling.
- Connect the electrical wires (live, neutral, ground) according to local regulations.
- Attach the lamp canopy to the ceiling bracket.
- Feed the power cord through the canopy and adjust the desired length.
- Secure the cord at the desired length.
- Connect the lamp's internal wiring to the mains supply wires (L for Live, N for Neutral).
- Attach the lamp shade to the fixture.
- Complete the final assembly of the lamp.
- Ensure the lamp is securely installed and ready for use.
Maintenance
Wipe off dust with a dry soft cloth. Remove stains with a soft cloth dampened in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Do not use detergents containing abrasives or solvents.
Warranty Information
General Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, affixing any attachment not provided with the product, alteration of any attachments factory installed, loss of parts or subjecting the fixture to any electrical service other than specified for proper use. Damages occurring during transit are not covered by this warranty.
Limited Warranty
Fritz Hansen warrants against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase for use, and agrees to repair or, at its option, replace a defective unit without charge.
Damage to Flexible Cable
If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
