Installation Steps

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, attachment of non-provided accessories, alteration of factory-installed parts, loss of parts, or using the fixture with electrical service other than specified. Products must not be modified in any way, as modifications can compromise safety and render the appliance dangerous. Fritz Hansen (formerly Lightyears) declines responsibility for modified products. Damages incurred during transit are also not covered by this warranty.

Troubleshooting

If the fixture does not work:

  1. Turn off electrical power and check all wire connections.
  2. Check the fuse or circuit breaker and have a qualified electrician replace it if necessary.
  3. Ensure the light bulb is in working order.

Limited Warranty

Fritz Hansen warrants this unit against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Fritz Hansen agrees to repair or, at its option, replace a defective unit free of charge.
