Ensure the platter belt is installed and a record speed is selected using the speed selector knob.
Turntable Not Streaming to Sonos
Confirm that a default Sonos player or group is selected within the Victrola app and that Autoplay is enabled. If Autoplay is disabled, press and hold the control knob for 1 second to set your turntable as the source for your default Sonos player or group.
Audio is Skipping When Streaming to Sonos
Skipping during streaming is commonly caused by poor Wi-Fi quality. Within the Victrola Stream app, navigate to the additional settings page for your turntable and adjust the wireless audio delay until the skipping ceases.
Turntable is Making a Humming Noise

Important Safety Instructions & Warnings
Read all safety and operating instructions before using the product. Retain these instructions for future reference and adhere to all warnings.
- Do not use the apparatus near water or moisture.
- Clean only with a dry cloth.
- Do not obstruct ventilation openings.
- Avoid installation near heat sources such as radiators or stoves.
- Protect the power cord from damage, especially at plugs and exit points.
- Use only manufacturer-specified attachments and accessories.
- Exercise caution when moving the apparatus with a cart to prevent tip-over injuries.
- Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for extended periods.
- All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel.
- Electrical Safety: This appliance is Class II or double insulated, requiring no safety connection to electrical earth. The mains plug serves as the disconnect device and must remain readily operable. Do not expose the apparatus to rain or moisture, dripping, or splashing. Avoid placing liquid-filled objects (e.g., vases) on the apparatus. Use in moderate climates.
- Warning Symbols: A lightning flash with an arrowhead symbol within an equilateral triangle alerts users to the presence of non-insulated "dangerous voltage" that may pose a risk of electric shock. An exclamation point symbol within an equilateral triangle indicates important operating and maintenance instructions in the accompanying literature.
- Installation Precautions: Refer to exterior markings for electrical and safety information before installation or operation. Ensure ventilation openings are not covered. Do not place naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, on the apparatus. Avoid installing the equipment in confined spaces like bookcases.
- Operational Safety: To completely shut off power, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Avoid using controls or performing procedures not specified, as this may result in hazardous exposure. To prevent electric shock, ensure the wide blade of the plug aligns with the wide slot and is fully inserted. If the product experiences operational problems, contact qualified service centers and do not use it in a defective state.
- Before Use: Select the installation location carefully, avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, vibrations, excessive dust, cold, or moisture. Keep away from sources that hum, like transformers or motors. Do not open the cabinet, as this may cause damage or electric shock. If a foreign object enters the set, contact Customer Service. Handle records with clean fingers and avoid playing records with surface cracks. When unplugging, pull the cord directly from the plug, never the cord itself. Use the white protective needle cover after use to protect the stylus. Clean the unit with a dry cloth; avoid chemical solvents that might damage the finish. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
