The unit features the following controls and indicators:
This unit operates with an AC/DC adaptor (6.5V - 600mA). Connect the adaptor to the DC input (15) at the back of the unit and into a wall AC power outlet. Ensure the adaptor's rated voltage matches your local voltage and that the DC plug is fully inserted.
Notes:
This radio features a battery back-up circuit that maintains the correct time and alarm settings during temporary power interruptions. Install one CR-2025 battery (not included) in the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit.
Note: An alkaline battery is recommended for longer life. Replace the battery every 9 to 12 months for optimal performance and to prevent leakage.
If power is interrupted, the display will blink and the radio will not play, but the back-up circuit will preserve the clock and alarm settings. Upon power restoration, the clock will display the correct time and settings without needing adjustment.
Normally, the LED display shows the TIME.
Press the [DIMMER] button (4) repeatedly to adjust the display intensity.

In stand-by mode, press the [ALARM 1 or 2] buttons (5/6) repeatedly to select the alarm mode (Buzzer / Radio / OFF). When an alarm is active, a dot "•" indicator will light up on the right side of the display.
When the alarm sounds, press the [POWER] button (7) to deactivate it (the alarm stops, but settings remain) or press the [SNOOZE] button (4) to postpone the alarm for 8 minutes.
Note: For better reception, reorient the antenna (13).
To save a station:

Press the [MEM] button (1), then use the [TUNING +/-] buttons (2/3) to select the desired preset station.
The sleep timer automatically switches the radio off after a set time. When the radio is ON:

This unit operates on 230V ~ 50Hz. If not used for extended periods, unplug from the AC mains.
Ensure all connections are properly made before operation.

Position for adequate ventilation. Avoid placing near curtains, on carpets, or built into furniture.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources.
This marking indicates the product should not be disposed of with household waste at the end of its life.
