APPLICATION

If you encounter problems connecting the earbuds and the soundcore app, reinstall it or update it to the latest version by visiting your mobile app store.

PAIRING

After removing the insulating stickers from the earbuds, place them back into the charging case, then activate Bluetooth pairing by closing and reopening the case lid. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "soundcore Sport X20" from the Bluetooth list on your device during the first connection.

• During connection, the LED light bar will flash white. After successful pairing, the LED light bar will remain on for 2 seconds, then turn off.
• When removed, the earbuds will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if not connected. This time can be set in the soundcore app.

USAGE

1. Choose the ear tips that best fit your ears and perform a fit test in the soundcore app to ensure you get the best ANC performance.
2. Insert the earbuds into your ears and rotate them slowly to find the most comfortable and stable position.
3. Lift and bend the ear hooks around your ears to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

Tips: For a more comfortable wearing experience, hold the arms of the adjustable and rotatable ear hooks and stretch them to the appropriate length.

Dust, earwax, or other debris may accumulate in the ear tips. To maintain optimal sound quality, regularly clean your earbuds with a cotton swab lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe the metal filter mesh under the rubber ear tips.

CHARGING

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
2. Fully dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging.
3. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C charging cable.

PAIRING WITH ANOTHER DEVICE

To pair with another device, place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds until the LED light bar flashes white rapidly.

CONTROLS

AMBIENT SOUND

You can select noise reduction, normal, or transparency mode in the soundcore app.

• Adaptive ANC: Optimizes noise reduction by adapting to your surroundings.
• Transparency: Be aware of your surroundings while listening to music.

POWER ON/OFF

With charging case

After successful initial connection, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device every time you open the charging case, unless you have cleared the pairing history from your device. To power off, place both earbuds in the charging case and close it.

* When returning the earbuds to the charging case, ensure you carefully align the charging contacts between the earbuds and the charging case. If any earbud is successfully placed back into the case, the LED light bar will light up white and then turn off.

Without charging case

To power on a single earbud, press and hold the corresponding earbud's multi-function button for 3 seconds.

To power off a single earbud, press and hold the corresponding earbud's multi-function button for 10 seconds.

RESET

If you experience connectivity or operational issues with the earbuds, they may need to be reset.

Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave it open. Press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the LED light bar flashes white rapidly three times.

LED INDICATOR GUIDE

FIRMWARE UPDATE

You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the update is complete. Make sure the earbuds are charging during installation; do not use them at this time.
