Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach the base support plate. Secure with 4 screws.

Step 2

Attach the side panels to the base assembly. Secure with 8 screws.

Step 3

Attach the front panel. Secure with 2 screws.

Step 4

Attach the rear panel. Secure with 2 screws.

Step 5

Attach the wheels to the bottom of the grill assembly. Ensure the locking wheels are placed appropriately.

Step 6

Install the lower shelf into the main grill body.

Step 7

Connect the gas hose to the grill's gas manifold.

Step 8 (NON-SB Models)

Place the main grill body onto the base assembly. Secure with 4 screws.

Step 8 (SB Models)

Place the main grill body onto the base assembly. Secure with 4 screws.

Step 9

Attach the side shelves to the main grill body.

Step 10

Connect the gas lines to the burners. Ensure correct tube lengths (e.g., 5/8" (16 mm) and 3/4" (20 mm)).

Step 11

Attach the control panel assembly to the front of the grill.

Attach the side panels/doors to the grill body.

Attach the warming rack supports to the inside of the grill.

Connect the igniter wires to the igniter modules.

Install the cooking grates.
