Terms and Conditions
Overview
This document outlines the Singtel Travel Insurance Campaign (“Campaign”) organised by Consumer Journeys Pte. Ltd. (“CJPL”), a subsidiary of Singapore Telecommunications Limited (“Singtel”), exclusively for Singtel Travel Protect Policy Holders who have not previously purchased it and successfully buy a Singtel Travel Protect insurance policy during the Campaign Validity Period. Great Eastern General Insurance Limited (“GEG”) is the Insurer, and CJPL is the corporate agent. CJPL may be remunerated by GEG for sales. Purchase signifies agreement to these terms and conditions.

Campaign Validity Period: 24 July 2025 00:00 to 10 August 2025 23:59 (GMT+8).
Eligibility requires signing up for Travel Insurance. Participants receive promotions for eligible purchases, not combinable with other offers.

General Terms
CJPL and GEG may change, discontinue, or withdraw promotions and T&Cs without notice. Promotions are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, with no cash alternative. CJPL is not liable for damaged, lost, or defaced promotions. All promotions are provided "as is," with disclaimed warranties. CJPL is not responsible for the quality or aspects of third-party products/services. Neither CJPL, Singtel, nor GEG are liable for direct or indirect losses. CJPL and GEG reserve the right to investigate fraud, suspend participation, or disqualify non-compliant customers. Customers agree to provide feedback. All decisions by CJPL/GEG are final.
Data Protection and Privacy
Participation implies consent for Singtel and affiliates to collect, process, and use personal data for campaign administration, subject to Singtel's Data Protection Policy (https://www.singtel.com/data-protection) and General Terms & Conditions (https://www.singtel.com/personal/terms). Customers authorize CJPL to use their details for promotional purposes. These T&Cs are governed by Singapore law, with disputes subject to Singaporean courts.

- Section 2 - Personal accident: Up to S$100,000 for death, permanent total disability, or permanent loss.
- Section 3 - Emergency medical evacuation: Up to S$500,000 for evacuation or repatriation.
- Section 4 - Repatriation: Up to S$10,000 for transporting remains.
- Section 5 - Trip cancellation or postponement: Up to S$1,000 for cancellations due to specific events (death, illness, major event, home damage, court summons).

Cover must be taken out before leaving Singapore.
Claim Conditions
Claims are subject to arbitration for disputes. No admission of liability without permission. Fraudulent claims void cover. Medical examinations may be required. Benefits are paid to the insured or legal representatives (or assistance company for specific sections). Proof of loss must be provided promptly. The insurer has rights of recovery. Written notice of claims is required.
The policy is protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme (SDIC).

Eligibility and Commencement of Cover
Eligibility: Insured persons must be domiciled in Singapore (Singaporean, PR, or Foreigner with valid passes like Employment Pass, Work Permit, etc.).
Commencement of Cover: Cover begins upon application acceptance by GEG and full premium payment.
