Getting Started
Before adding your LSC Smart Connect product, ensure you have your WiFi network name and password ready. This camera requires a strong 2.4GHz WiFi signal; it does not support 5GHz networks. If your router is set to 5GHz, you may need to adjust its settings to 2.4GHz.
Charging the Camera
Charge the camera using the provided ? [USB-C] cable. A 5V/1.5A power adapter is recommended (not included).
Setting up the LSC Smart Connect App & Adding the Camera
- Download the LSC Smart Connect app from the ? [App Store] or ▶️ [Google Play], or scan the QR code.
- Open the app. If this is your first time, follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.
- Turn on the device. The indicator light will blink, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- In the app, tap "+" or "Add Device" and select the camera from the product list. Confirm the indicator light is blinking.
- Enter your WiFi password and tap "Confirm".
- Scan the QR code displayed in the app using the camera of the device. Hold the QR code steady at 10-15 cm in front of the camera.
- When the device makes a sound, follow the remaining on-screen instructions. Setup will complete automatically.
Resetting the Device
If needed, locate the reset button and press it for approximately 3 seconds until you hear a sound. The blue indicator LED will start blinking. You can then proceed with the setup steps (step 3).
Solar Panel Installation
Place the solar panel in an area that receives the most direct sunlight throughout the year. Angle the solar panel upwards at approximately 30° ?. A few hours of direct sunlight each day is sufficient to keep the camera powered. Energy production can be affected by weather conditions, seasonal changes, and geographic location.
After installation, ensure all locking mechanisms are securely fastened. The camera can also be charged directly using the ? [USB-C] cable.
Maintenance
Regularly wipe the surface of the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dust or debris.
