Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble the Base Frame

Take the five identical base leg pieces. Insert each leg into the central hub, creating a star-like structure. Ensure each leg is securely seated in the hub.

Step 2: Secure the Base Legs

Using the provided Allen key (108490), fasten the base legs to the central hub with 14 screws (149697). Tighten all screws securely.

Step 3: Attach the Casters

Insert the five casters (153541) into the designated sockets at the end of each base leg. Push them in firmly until they click into place. Ensure correct insertion, pushing straight into the socket.

Step 4: Install the Gas Lift Cylinder

Place the gas lift cylinder into the central opening of the assembled chair base. Ensure it is oriented correctly and pushed down fully.

Step 5: Attach the Seat Mechanism

Position the seat mechanism (the star-shaped plate that connects the seat to the gas lift) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Secure it using four screws (149697).

Step 6: Connect the Seat

Lower the chair seat onto the attached seat mechanism. Ensure it is properly aligned and seated.
