Samsung Guard Promotion Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Definitions

Promotion: The promotional sale titled "Selected Samsung Guard for the price of AGD Products in the Samsung.com Store," organized and conducted according to the rules described in this regulation, within the territory of the Republic of Poland, from July 3, 2025, to July 29, 2025, 11:59:59 PM.

Promotional Code: The GUARD code entitling the participant to use the Promotion under the conditions specified in this regulation.

Organizer/Samsung: Samsung Electronics Polska sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, Poland, registered under KRS 0000128080, with a share capital of PLN 52,759,500, NIP 526-10-44-039, REGON 011612810.

Samsung Store: The Samsung Store is an IT platform accessible via the website www.samsung.com/pl/, administered by Samsung, enabling users to view Products, including their prices and availability, place orders, and conclude sales agreements for Products, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the online Samsung Store: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulamin-internetowego-sklepu-samsung/.

Product: Samsung AGD appliances offered for sale by the Organizer in the Samsung Store, introduced into circulation in the Republic of Poland by Samsung. Product availability and delivery times depend on the Organizer's current offer in the Samsung Store at www.samsung.com/pl.

Samsung Guard: A Samsung Guard service extending the warranty by 1 year, offered for sale by the Organizer in the Samsung Store, introduced into circulation in the Republic of Poland by Samsung.

Participant: An individual with legal capacity who has read and accepted the provisions of this Regulation and fulfilled all conditions specified herein. Individuals conducting sole proprietorships are also eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Website: The website at https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji/, where information about the Promotion, including this Regulation, is published.

Business Day: Any day of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

§ 2 General Provisions

This Regulation outlines the conditions for participation in the Promotion, its duration, how to inform about the Promotion and its terms, and the procedure for submitting complaints related to the Promotion.

The Promotion is conducted in the Republic of Poland from July 3, 2025, to July 29, 2025, 11:59:59 PM.

Product availability in the Samsung Store during the Promotion may change (including stock depletion). If a Product is unavailable, the Participant cannot take advantage of the promotion.

Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Participants have the right to withdraw from participation at any time without incurring any costs.

During the Promotion, a Participant may purchase only one Product with Samsung Guard at the promotional price. A Participant can only participate once.

If the Organizer detects an attempt by a Participant to participate again, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse the order or to allow the Participant to purchase Products exceeding the limits specified in points 4 and 5 above at the regular price.

Products purchased under the Promotion are intended for private use by Participants acting as consumers or for the private use of entrepreneurs whose business activities are not related to trade (especially resale of goods). They cannot be resold for commercial or profit purposes.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant accepts the terms of this Regulation and cannot claim ignorance or non-acceptance of its conditions.

This Regulation will be available on the Website throughout the Promotion period. Participants may save the content of the Regulation by downloading it from the Website.

§ 3 Participation Rules

Participants eligible for the Promotion must purchase a Product in the Samsung Store between July 3, 2025, and July 29, 2025, 11:59:59 PM (order placement date and time).

To benefit from the Promotion, Participants must add both the Product and Samsung Guard to their cart. After adding the Product and Samsung Guard and entering the Promotional Code, the Participant will receive a 50% discount on the Samsung Guard price, with the remaining value deducted from the product price.

The Organizer does not offer the possibility to exchange discounts for their cash equivalent or other rewards.

The Promotion can be combined with other Organizer promotions, unless otherwise stated in the terms of those other promotions.

If the price reductions are subject to a flat-rate income tax for individuals, as referred to in art. 30 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act of July 26, 1991, on Personal Income Tax, the benefits granted to Participants will be increased by an additional cash bonus of 11.11% of the reward value. This bonus will not be paid out but will be used to cover the flat-rate tax, which will be remitted to the relevant tax authority. Participants agree to such deductions.

§ 4 Complaints

Participants have the right to submit complaints regarding the Promotion to the Organizer.

A complaint must include:

• Participant's full name.
• Correspondence address or email address for contact.
• A description of the circumstances forming the basis of the complaint.

Complaints should be sent within two weeks of the Promotion's end:

• In writing to: Samsung Electronics Polska sp. z o.o. - ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw; or
• Via email to: support_sepol@email.support.samsung.com with the subject line "Wybrany Samsung Guard w cenie Produktów AGD w Sklepie Samsung.com"; or
• Through the complaint form available at: https://www.samsung.com/pl/complaints/

Submitted complaints will be processed within a maximum of 14 Business Days from the date of receipt. Complainants will be notified of the complaint resolution method in the same format it was submitted, promptly after resolution.

The complaint submission deadline specified in the Regulation does not exclude or limit the rights granted to the Participant by law, particularly regarding statute of limitations for claims.

The complaint procedure does not exclude or limit the Participant's right to seek redress in common courts.

§ 5 Personal Data Protection

Information regarding the processing of personal data by the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the Regulation.

§ 6 Final Provisions

Contact with the Organizer is available via the contact form on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/contact-us/.

In all matters not regulated by this Regulation, the Organizer's decision is final.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Regulation in connection with and in the event of at least one of the following important reasons (cumulative):

• Introduction of new or amendment of existing generally binding legal provisions, if it directly affects the content of the Regulation and necessitates its amendment.
• Change or emergence of new interpretations of generally binding legal provisions as a result of court judgments or decisions of public authorities or administration, directly affecting the provisions of this Regulation and necessitating its amendment.
• An order, decision, recommendation, or recommendation of an authorized public authority concerning the Regulation and resulting in the necessity of its adaptation to such an order, decision, recommendation, or recommendation.
• Adaptation of the Regulation to market conditions related to technological, technical, and IT advancements affecting the provisions of this Regulation.
• Change of company data, tele-address, or URL addresses included in the text of the Regulation.
• The necessity of introducing other changes than those mentioned above, provided that they meet the following conditions: i) they are in compliance with the law (including, in particular, not violating individual or collective consumer interests); ii) they are beneficial for current and potential Participants; iii) their introduction is necessary for the proper implementation of the Promotion in a manner that is beneficial to current and potential Participants.

No amendment to the Regulation may negatively affect the rights previously acquired by Participants.

Participants will be informed of any changes to the Regulation with a three-day notice by posting a relevant announcement on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji/, referring to the summary of changes to the Regulation. Participants who do not accept the provisions of the new Regulation may withdraw from the Promotion.

Information about changes to the Regulation will be maintained for the duration of the Promotion and for at least 7 days after its conclusion.

The Organizer recommends that Participants regularly check their email inbox and is not responsible for Participants not receiving emails sent to them in connection with the Promotion (related to Samsung's response to complaints submitted via email), nor for the regular updating of data due to incorrect personal data provided by the Participant, including verification or settings of anti-spam tools used by the Participant. In the case of using anti-spam tools and settings, the Participant is obliged to regularly check whether messages from the Organizer have not ended up in the spam folder.

The following appendices to the Regulation constitute an integral part thereof:

• Appendix No. 1: List of Samsung Guards participating in the Promotion.
• Appendix No. 2: Information on the processing of Participant's personal data by the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion.

The administrator of the Participant's personal data is the Organizer of the Promotion, which is Samsung Electronics Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw).

Personal data of Participants are processed for the following purposes:

• Carrying out the Promotion (the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR);
• Processing complaints (the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR);
• For purposes related to the fulfillment of the Organizer's legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (the basis for processing is the necessity of data for fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the administrator – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR);
• For the purpose of defense against potential claims or for the purpose of pursuing potential claims (the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).

In connection with the processing of Participant's personal data for the purposes indicated in point 2, personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

• Entities from the Samsung capital group.
• Entities supporting the Organizer in its business processes, including entities processing personal data on behalf of the Organizer (so-called data processors), and Samsung business partners, e.g., entities providing accounting and bookkeeping services, entities providing IT services for the Organizer, and transport companies.
• Public administration bodies and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public administration bodies, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from legal provisions.

Samsung will store Participants' personal data for the duration of the Promotion and for the period necessary to fulfill the Organizer's legal obligations. The period of storage of Participants' personal data may be extended each time by the statute of limitations for claims.

Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing, and to object to the processing of data due to their particular situation. Samsung ensures the exercise of these rights to the extent resulting from Articles 15-22 GDPR. A Participant can submit a request to exercise the rights mentioned above by filling out the form available at www.samsung.com/pl/ (https://www.europe-samsung.com/gdpr/webform/pl), in accordance with the instructions available on the website.

In cases justified by Samsung group's corporate requirements, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we guarantee that a similar level of protection for your data in the third country is ensured by introducing one of the following safeguards:

• Personal data is transferred to countries that the European Commission has recognized as ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection;
• We use appropriate contracts approved by the European Commission or rely on binding corporate rules that guarantee the security of the Participant's personal data.

As part of exercising the Participant's rights, the Organizer also provides the possibility to obtain a copy of the relevant safeguards for personal data in case of transfer to third countries.

The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Personal data are provided by Participants voluntarily, but providing the data is necessary to participate in the Promotion.
