Tips for Using Hex Key

The hex key has two ends for different functions:

• One end is used to tighten screws.
• The other end is used to quickly fasten screws.

Getting Started

1. Step 1: Install Middle Upper and Lower Brackets

   Attach bracket parts 1 (Middle Upper Bracket) and 2 (Middle Lower Bracket) as shown. Secure them using 4 sets of M6*50 screws, washers, and nuts.

2. Step 2: Install Upper Side Brackets

   Attach bracket parts 3 (Upper Side Bracket - Left) and 4 (Upper Side Bracket - Right) as shown. Secure them using 4 sets of M6*50 screws and nuts.

3. Step 3: Install Upper Bracket Component

   Attach bracket part 5 (Upper Bracket Component) as shown. Secure it using 3 sets of M8*45 screws with split lock washers and 8 sets of M6*35 screws.

4. Step 4: Install Lower Side Brackets

   Attach bracket parts 3 (Upper Side Bracket - Left) and 4 (Upper Side Bracket - Right) to the lower section as shown. Secure them using 4 sets of M6*50 screws and nuts.

5. Step 5: Install Lower Bracket Component

   Attach bracket part 6 (Lower Bracket Component) as shown. Secure it using 3 sets of M8*45 screws with split lock washers and 8 sets of M6*35 screws.

6. Step 6: Install Middle Bracket Corner Guards

   Attach the corner guards (labeled 'J' in the diagram) to the middle bracket assembly as shown. Secure them using 4 sets of M8*45 screws.

7. Step 7: Install Bottom Bracket Components

   Attach bracket parts 9 (Bottom Bracket Component - Left), 10 (Bottom Bracket Component - Right), and 11 (Bottom Bracket Component - Center) as shown. Secure them using 4 sets of M6*50 screws with washers and nuts, and 2 sets of M8*45 screws with split lock washers.

8. Step 8: Install Bottom Bracket Corner Guards

   Attach the corner guards (labeled 'J' in the diagram) to the bottom bracket assembly as shown. Secure them using 2 sets of M8*45 screws.

9. Step 9: Combine Middle and Bottom Brackets

   Combine the middle and bottom bracket assemblies. First, pull the bottom bracket handle outward (as shown in Figure A). Then, push the bottom bracket from bottom to top until the yoke rosettes align flush with the rosettes on both sides of component 1. Finally, tighten the left and right handles to secure the bracket onto the yoke (as shown in Figure B).
