Foreword

Thank you for purchasing the Aputure Light Box 6090. This softbox is designed for Aputure LS 120d II, LS 300d II, LS 300X, LS 600d Pro, Amaran 60, Amaran 100, and Amaran 200 series lights, and is compatible with other Bowens Mount LED video lights.

Important Safety Instructions

• Read and understand all instructions before using.
• Close supervision is necessary when the fixture is used by or near children. Do not leave the fixture unattended while in use.
• Care must be taken as burns can occur from touching hot surfaces.
• Care must be taken when touching, installing, or disassembling the elastic support rod.
• Let the fixture cool completely before storing.
• To reduce the risk of injury, install or disassemble the fixture properly.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may increase the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.
• Do not place the fixture near liquids or other flammable objects.
• Use only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product.
• This product is certified by RoHS. Operate in full compliance with operation standards.
• Warranty does not apply to repairs arising from malfunctions, though chargeable repairs may be requested.
• Instructions and information are based on thorough, controlled company testing procedures. Design and specifications may change without further notice.

Upon unboxing, please verify all items are included. Contact the seller immediately if any items are missing.

Installations

Assembly: Insert the four support rods diagonally into the speed ring adapter, locking them in place. Attach the softbox to the lamp using the velcro on the softbox, then mount the softbox onto the light fixture.

Disassembly: Pull out the four steel rods diagonally in the opposite direction.

Using the Grid: Attach the Fabric Light Control Grid to the diffuser using the provided Velcro.

Service Warranty (EN)

Aputure Imaging Industries Co., Ltd. warrants the original consumer purchaser from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. For more details of warranty, visit www.aputure.com.

Important:

• Keep your original sales receipt. Ensure the dealer has written on it the date, serial number of the product. This information is required for warranty service.

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic defects that appear more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase. Cosmetic damage caused by improper handling is also excluded.
• Damage that occurs while the product is being shipped to whoever will service it.
• Damage that is the result of misuse, abuse, accident (including but not limited to damage by water), faulty connection, defective or maladjusted associated equipment, or the use of the product with equipment for which it was not intended.

This warranty is void if:

• The product identification or serial No. label is removed or defaced in any way.
• The product is serviced or repaired by anyone other than Aputure or an authorized Aputure dealer or service agency.

Please note that this warranty does not apply to repairs arising from malfunctions, although you may request such repairs on a chargeable basis.
