Description: The IS930.1 is an intrinsically safe and rugged industrial tablet designed for use in explosion hazardous areas of Zone 1 and 21. It supports multiple technologies including 4G (LTE), NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth LE. The tablet features an Android operating system, an amplified loudspeaker, and programmable option keys for user-specific functions.

Electrical Data

Supply: The tablet IS930.1 is powered by a fixed installed rechargeable Li-Ion battery with Uo = 3.8 V (Uo_max = 4.2 V).

Interfaces: Opening of interface covers in explosive atmospheres is not permitted. Wired data connection and charging are only permitted outside ex-hazardous areas.

Voltage (Um): Um = 5.88 V. This is ensured by using the Docking Station DS930.1, i.safe PROTECTOR cables, or other accessories specified by i.safe MOBILE GmbH.

SD Card: A commercially available SD card can be used in the hazardous area. The internal electrical capacity of the SD card is negligible.
