Getting Started

Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press the ⚡ Power/Mode button.
• To power off: Keep pressed the ⚡ Power/Mode button.

Microphone Control

• Microphone activation: Keep pressed the DOWN button ⬇️.
• Microphone deactivation: Keep pressed the DOWN button ⬇️.

Overview

Turn on the camera and repeatedly press the ⚡ Power/Mode button to browse through functions and settings.

Keep pressed the Shutter/Menu/Selection button to enter the main menu.

Main Menu Navigation

• 1. Adjust: Customize Photo/Video mode.
• 2. Play: Play photos/videos.
• 3. Settings: Adjust camera settings.
• 4. Go back: Exit the menu.

Using with a PC

Connect the H5 PRO to a PC and select the desired mode:

• Recharge: Charges the camera.
• Mass Storage: Camera recognized as external memory for file access.
• Camera Mode: Use H5 PRO as a webcam (no driver installation needed).

Camera App (DV KING 4K)

The DV KING 4K app allows remote control of the camera via smartphone or tablet. Features include live preview, playback, and sharing.

1. Download the DV KING 4K app from Apple Store or Google Play, or from www.midlandeurope.com.
2. Turn on the camera using the ⚡ Power/Mode button.
3. To activate Wi-Fi, long press the UP button ⬆️.
4. Connect to the "Midland H5 PRO" network in your smartphone/tablet Wi-Fi settings and enter the password shown on the camera display.
5. Open the DV KING 4K app.

⬆️ Briefly press to turn off Wi-Fi.
