Structure Design: Foam door for effective cold air prevention and excellent insulation. Lock and key for secure sample storage. 25mm access port for monitoring/testing. Universal wheels and leveling feet for easy movement and fixation. Available lining materials: sprayed aluminum plate, SUS304 stainless steel, HIPS, Blister, galvanized plate.
Control System: Audible & Visible Alarm System. Built-in data-logger exports up to 12 months of temperature data via USB. RS485 interface with MODBUS protocol for critical temperature data transfer. Microprocessor controller displays temperature in 0.1°C increments. High-sensitivity temperature sensor ensures constant internal temperature.
Refrigeration System: HC refrigerant with ultra-low GWP minimizes thermal radiation and reduces HVAC energy consumption (Complies with SNAP Rule No. 22). Industrial compressor for energy conservation and environmental protection.
