-40°C Ultra-low Temperature Freezer
Structure Design: Features a foam door for excellent insulation and cold air retention. Includes a lock and key for secure sample storage. A 25mm access port on the left side allows for monitoring and testing. Equipped with universal wheels and leveling feet for easy mobility and stability. Available lining materials include sprayed aluminum plate, SUS304 stainless steel, HIPS, blister, or galvanized plate.
Control System: Equipped with a well-developed audible & visible alarm system. A built-in data logger can export up to 12 months of temperature data via USB. The RS485 interface supports MODBUS protocol for critical temperature data transfer. The microprocessor controller displays temperature in 0.1°C increments, and a high-sensitivity temperature sensor ensures constant internal temperature.
Refrigeration System: Utilizes HC refrigerant with ultra-low GWP to minimize thermal radiation and reduce HVAC energy consumption, complying with SNAP Rule No. 22. Industrial compressors with HC refrigerant ensure energy conservation and environmental protection.
