Important Safeguards

When using this appliance, especially with children present, always follow basic safety precautions:

  1. Read all instructions before use.
  2. Unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning. Allow it to cool before handling.
  3. Avoid touching hot surfaces; use handles or knobs.
  4. Never immerse the oven or its cord in water or other liquids to prevent electric shock.
  5. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised by a responsible adult.
  6. Close supervision is essential when the appliance is used by or near children. Ensure children do not play with it.
  7. Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug, or if the appliance has malfunctioned, been dropped, or damaged. Return it for examination or repair.
  8. Do not use accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer, as they may cause injury.
  9. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
  10. Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces and ensure it does not hang over edges where it could be pulled.
  11. Do not place the oven on or near hot gas or electric burners or in a heated oven.
  12. Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
  13. Exercise extreme caution when using containers not made of metal or glass.
  14. Use caution when removing accessories or disposing of hot grease to avoid burns.
  15. Always unplug the unit when not in use. Do not store non-manufacturer-approved materials inside.
  16. Do not place paper, cardboard, plastic, or similar materials in the oven.
  17. Do not cover the Crumb Tray or any part of the oven with metal foil, as this can cause overheating.
  18. Oversized foods, metal foil packages, and utensils must not be inserted, as they may pose a fire or electric shock risk.
  19. Keep the oven away from flammable materials like curtains or draperies during operation to prevent fire.
  20. Do not store items on top of the appliance while it is in operation. Do not operate under wall cabinets.
  21. Never attempt to dislodge food while the oven is plugged in.
  22. Warning: To prevent fire, never leave the oven unattended during use.
  23. Use recommended temperature settings for all cooking functions.
  24. Do not rest cooking utensils or baking dishes on the glass door.
  25. Do not operate in an appliance garage or under a wall cabinet. If storing in an appliance garage, always unplug the unit.
  26. Exercise extreme caution when moving the appliance if it contains hot oil or liquids.
  27. To disconnect, press Start/Stop to ensure cooking is stopped, then remove the plug from the outlet.
  28. If contents ignite, do not open the oven door. Unplug the oven and allow contents to cool before opening.
  29. Do not use oven cooking bags.
  30. Always allow at least one inch (2.6cm) between food and the heating element.
  31. Regular cleaning reduces the risk of fire hazards.
  32. Do not place eyes or face near the tempered safety glass door in case it breaks.
  33. Always use the appliance with the crumb tray securely in place.
  34. Clean the oven interior carefully, avoiding scratching the heating element tube.
  35. Do not operate the appliance using an external timer or separate remote-control system.
  36. CAUTION: HOT SURFACE. Accessible surfaces may be hot during operation.
  37. Do not clean with metal scouring pads, as pieces can break off and touch electrical parts, posing an electric shock risk.

Notice: This appliance has a polarized plug. Ensure it is inserted correctly into a polarized outlet. If it does not fit, reverse the plug. Contact a qualified electrician if issues persist. Do not modify the plug.

The control panel includes:

Before First Use

  1. Place the oven on a flat, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls or countertop objects. Avoid heat-sensitive surfaces.
  2. Ensure the Crumb Tray is in place and the oven is empty.
  3. Plug the power cord into the outlet.
  4. Run the oven empty for 20 minutes in a well-ventilated area to allow any initial vapors to dissipate.

Setting the Clock

The clock can be set when the oven is not cooking:

  1. Navigate to the clock display on the LCD screen.
  2. Press and hold the Time Dial for 3 seconds.
  3. Use the Time Dial to set the hour, then press to confirm.
  4. Set the minutes, then press to confirm. The clock will automatically set if no input is received.

Memory Function

To store a preferred cooking setting:

  1. Press Defrost and Duo Cook simultaneously for 2 seconds.
  2. Select OFF (default) or ON to save the last used temperature and time.
  3. Confirm your selection by pressing the Time Dial.

Door Sensor

If the door is opened during cooking, the timer pauses, and the light turns on. The timer resumes when the door is closed. If the door remains open for over 5 minutes without input, the heaters will turn off.

Turn & Switch

This feature reminds you to turn food 180 degrees and switch rack positions for even cooking. It is available for Bake, Roast, Warm, Proof, Pizza, Air Fry, Reheat, Cookies, and Dehydrate functions.

General Operation

  1. Place food in the appropriate rack position.
  2. Select the desired function using the Settings Dial.
  3. Use the Temperature and Time Dials to set parameters.
  4. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking.

Changing Settings During Cooking

Note on Preheat: Bake and Pizza functions may have a preheating stage. The oven will beep when preheating is complete.

The oven will beep three times when the countdown timer reaches 0:00. Press Start/Stop to turn off heaters or use the Time Dial to extend cooking.
