Philips Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Purchase of Philips products using a voucher code: Actions organized by Philips Romania on www.philips.ro exclusively for individuals, aimed at stimulating sales during the period 01.07.2025, 00:00 – 31.08.2025, 23:59.

Benefits: Purchase of Philips products using discount codes, allowing Participants to buy Philips brand products on www.philips.ro at a lower price, within the Oral Hygiene category.

Participant: Individuals aged at least 18 years old by the start date of the voucher code's validity, residing legally in Romania, who accept the Terms and Conditions of this document.

Client: A participant in the purchase of Philips products using a voucher code, who meets the participation conditions and uses at least one Philips discount code offered during the voucher's validity period between 01.07.2025, 00:00 – 31.08.2025, 23:59.

Participating Products: Philips brand products marketed by the Organizer that can be purchased directly on www.philips.ro, with the “Add to Cart” button active for participating products.

2. Voucher Value and Validity

2.1 Philips Voucher Codes:

• SANZIANA25 - Voucher code offering a 25% discount on orders over 300 lei for all products in the oral hygiene range (electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and accessories) Philips Sonicare, for orders with a minimum value of 300 Lei, on www.philips.ro
• TECHES25 - Voucher code offering a 25% discount on orders over 300 lei for all products in the oral hygiene range (electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and accessories) Philips Sonicare, for orders with a minimum value of 300 Lei, on www.philips.ro
• VLAD25 - Voucher code offering a 25% discount on orders over 300 lei for all products in the oral hygiene range (electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and accessories) Philips Sonicare, for orders with a minimum value of 300 Lei, on www.philips.ro
• ERIC25 - Voucher code offering a 25% discount on orders over 300 lei for all products in the oral hygiene range (electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and accessories) Philips Sonicare, for orders with a minimum value of 300 Lei, on www.philips.ro

3. Products Available for Purchase with Philips Vouchers

3.1 The Philips voucher codes described in section 2 can only be used during the voucher's validity period, described in section 1, to purchase Products, marketed exclusively on the philips.ro website, with the “Add to Cart” button active for participating products.

3.2 Participating Products are available within the limits of existing and available stock.

3.3 Participating Products are those in the following categories:

• All products in the Oral Hygiene category, sold on www.philips.ro

4. Receiving and Using Philips Vouchers

4.1 Voucher codes are accessible and visible to Campaign Participants on the Social Media pages (Instagram, TikTok) of Philips Partners, only during the campaign period, as follows: Sanziana Negru, Bogdan Techeș, Vlad Drăgulin, Eric Icleanu, Mara Oprea, Dragoș Buzzi, Melisa Ilie, Marius Ilie, Anda Radu, Alex Trif, Ariana Hashemi, Alex Titus, Adela Jurjiu.

4.2 Voucher codes are not transferable.

4.3 Voucher codes cannot be combined with other voucher codes; therefore, a Client can use only one discount code per order. Using multiple voucher codes for one purchase is not possible.

4.4 The discount offered by the voucher codes can be combined with existing price reductions on www.philips.ro.

4.5 The discount offered by the voucher codes cannot be combined with “Special Package – Save by Buying Them Together” type promotions.

4.6 To benefit from the discount, Clients must:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Enter the voucher code in the “Enter discount code” field without spaces, then click “Apply” to apply the discount.
3. Complete the order.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Except for cases specified in these Terms and Conditions, products purchased using Philips vouchers will comply with the general terms and conditions of the philips.ro website.

5.2 By using any voucher code during the period 01.07.2025, 00:00 – 31.08.2025, 23:59, Clients participate in the action organized by Philips Romania SRL and thereby acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Participants undertake to respect and comply with all terms, conditions, and provisions of this document.

5.3 Participants in the purchase of Philips products using a voucher code cannot receive the monetary equivalent of the voucher codes, nor do they have the right to request their exchange in any way.

5.3 Philips expressly prohibits the offering of Philips vouchers for commercial purposes by Clients or third parties, especially in online auctions or through other web platforms.

5.4 This offer is valid until its withdrawal from the market. The Client declares that they understand the terms of this Agreement and have accepted these terms.

5.5 Philips reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Philips will inform all Clients about these modifications on its website (philips.ro).

5.6 Philips Romania cannot be held responsible for any of the following situations that may lead to the non-granting of voucher codes:

• For participants who use voucher codes in violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
• Losses or delays in registrations on the website, caused by technical malfunctions independent of Philips Romania's will, respectively losses, delays, or any other problems caused by the Internet provider / participant's Internet connection.
• Inability to access the philips.ro web page for reasons independent of Philips Romania;
• Inability to purchase products that are out of stock on the philips.ro website during the voucher code's validity period.
• Philips Romania will not be liable for any damages that may be suffered by participants in connection with the vouchers used, regardless of the nature of these damages, except for situations expressly provided by law that would establish such liability.
• Philips Romania is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud or attempted fraud of this Campaign, the system used, as well as in case of any abuse or any other acts or attempts that could affect Philips Romania's image.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to cancel/disregard any order in case of fraud or attempted fraud and non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification to the Client, as a result of non-compliance with the participation/registration conditions established by Philips for the respective actions/campaigns.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to refuse users access to part or all of the functions of the related web pages or those assimilated to the promotional action, in case of suspected fraud by users through actions or in actions with a fraudulent character or potential, regarding the use of benefits / winnings granted through the web page by using false information/identities or from accounts other than personal user accounts, modification or access to information on web pages or computer systems, by inserting or manipulating harmful scripts or those that result in harmful actions or activities, modification of the page's source code, as well as any other types of actions or activities with a fraudulent character or involving computer falsifications, possession of instruments for counterfeiting values, access, interception, disruption or alteration of the integrity of computer data or systems, carrying out illegal operations with illegal devices or programs, or if they have behavior that prejudices Philips Romania's interests or the correct conduct of the action. If persons who have influenced, defrauded, or facilitated the winning of prizes are identified, Philips Romania has the right to request prosecution by competent authorities and/or in court of the respective persons, based on existing evidence.
• Philips Romania does not assume responsibility for: (i) incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect use of the voucher, as well as for the use of the voucher made after the expiration of the voucher code's validity period.

5.7 These Terms and Conditions will be drafted and implemented in full compliance with Romanian legislation. Disputes arising from this contract will be resolved in the first instance through discussions between the contracting parties.
