Warnings
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
- To reduce the risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep unless otherwise advised by your physician.
- Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges before and after assembly, and frequently during use.
- Do not use this crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact Dream On Me for replacement parts.
- Do not use a water mattress with this crib.
- If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children's products.
- STRANGULATION HAZARD: Strings cause strangulation. Do not place items with strings around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys. Tighten all fasteners to help prevent strangulation. A child can trap body parts or clothing on loose fasteners. Do not place a crib near windows where blind or drape cords may strangle a child.
- Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add a pillow, comforter, or padding. Never place additional padding under the infant. Never use plastic shipping bags or plastic film as mattress covers, as they can cause suffocation. Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.
- FALL HAZARD: When a child can pull to a standing position, set the mattress to the lowest position and remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out. Stop using the crib when the child begins to climb out or reaches 35 inches (89 cm).
- Use caution when storing a crib, as extreme temperature or humidity changes can compromise the crib, making it dangerous.
- Use caution when a vaporizer or humidifier is in use. Aim vapor away from the crib and wooden furniture. Prolonged humidity can compromise the crib. Avoid using vaporizers and humidifiers for prolonged periods.
- Follow warnings on all products in the crib.
- CAUTION: Any mattress used in this crib must be at least 27-1/4 in (69 cm) by 51-5/8 in (131 cm), with a thickness not exceeding 6 in (15 cm) and a minimum thickness of 4 in (10 cm).
- TODDLER BED WARNING: Infants have died in toddler beds from entrapment. Openings can entrap a child's head and neck. Never use the bed with children younger than 15 months. Always follow assembly instructions. Maximum user weight is 50 lbs (22.7 kg).

Furniture Care Instructions
Room Climate Control
Wood's moisture content affects its stability. Control room humidity to prevent swelling or shrinking. Avoid placing furniture near air vents, radiators, or heaters. Extreme temperature and humidity variations can damage wood.
Ideal Environment for Fine Furniture
Maintain a temperature between 65-75°F (18-24°C) and relative humidity between 35-40% for best results. Wood outside these limits may shrink, expand, or develop minor cracks.
Sticking Doors and Drawers
Temperature and humidity changes can cause swelling. If doors/drawers stick, use a dehumidifier or rub candle wax/paraffin on the sides.
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Ultraviolet rays can fade or darken colors and cause cracks. White finishes may yellow over time; this is not a defect.
Proper Storage
Store furniture in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid damp basements or hot, dry attics. Do not stack items on furniture.
In General
- Protect surfaces from hot or cold items. Use coasters.
- Do not use synthetic fabric under accessories or lamps.
- Protect surfaces from pens, markers, and crayons.
- Oils from scented items can damage the finish.
- Do not drag items across the surface.
- Rotate accessories to allow surfaces to breathe.
- Polish sparingly (2-3 times a year). Over-polishing can distort the finish.
- Do not wax furniture; wax buildup can damage the finish.
- Always lift furniture when moving; do not push or drag.
- Keep furniture level for smooth door/drawer operation.
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Do not scratch or chip the finish.
- Inspect periodically and contact Dream On Me for parts or questions.
- Avoid extreme storage temperatures/humidity.
- Use doilies or felt pads under items placed on the finish.
- Clean with a damp cloth, then dry to preserve luster.
- Do not use abrasive chemicals or spray cleaners directly on furniture.
- Lift furniture slightly on carpet to prevent leg breakage.
- Vaporizers near furniture can cause wood swelling and peeling.
