Product Overview
The Victrola 8-in-1 Nostalgic Entertainment Center offers versatile playback options including a 3-speed turntable, CD/MP3 player, cassette player, AM/FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, USB playback, and USB recording.
Front View Description: Features include the turntable platter, tone arm, control panel with display, buttons for mode selection (PHONO, CD/USB, TAPE, AM/FM, AUX/BLUETOOTH), volume knob, tuner knob, power button, eject button, headphone jack, and USB jack.

Setup / Basic Operation
Setup:
- Remove white protective needle cover by gently pulling towards the front of the unit.
- Remove any packaging materials.
- Connect the AC power cord to a wall outlet.
Note: To prevent interference, avoid bundling audio signal cables together with the AC power cord.
Basic Operation:
- Press the POWER button to turn the unit on.
- Select the source by pressing the corresponding mode button (AUX/Bluetooth, PHONO, CD/USB, TAPE, AM/FM).
- Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust the sound level (00-30, 30 is max volume).
Listening through Earphones/Headphones (not included):
Reduce volume to minimum, insert headphone plug into the HEADPHONE jack, then adjust volume up using the VOLUME knob. The unit's speakers will automatically deactivate when headphones are plugged in.
Condensation Warning: When the unit is moved from a cold to warm place, or after a sudden temperature change, allow the unit to stabilize for 1-2 hours after plugging it into an AC outlet to prevent condensation and ensure proper operation.
Remote Control
Point the remote control towards the remote sensor on the front panel of the unit. Operation may be affected by obstacles or other devices emitting infrared rays.
Battery Installation:
- Remove the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 2x "AAA" batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
Battery Precautions:
- Use batteries of the same type; do not mix types.
- Remove batteries if not using the unit for over a month.
- Do not heat, disassemble, or dispose of batteries in fire.
- Dispose of batteries responsibly at recycling sites, following local regulations.
Remote Control Button Functions:
- MUTE: Mute/unmute audio.
- REPEAT: Select repeat mode (Repeat 1, Repeat Folder, Repeat All) for CD/MP3 CD or USB.
- PROGRAM: Program tracks for CD/MP3 CD or USB.
- PHONO: Selects vinyl record playback.
- RADIO: Selects AM/FM radio.
- Bluetooth [symbol]: Connects to external Bluetooth devices.
- TAPE: Selects cassette tape playback.
- STOP [symbol]: Stops playback or recording.
- Previous / Next Track & Rewind / FF [symbols]: Navigate tracks, fast forward/rewind. Pressing [symbol] once restarts the current track; twice goes to the previous track. Press and hold for fast forward/rewind.
- PLAY/PAUSE [symbol]: Starts or pauses playback.
- Folder down & Folder up [symbols]: Select desired folder in MP3 CD or USB mode.
- OPEN/CLOSE [symbol]: Opens/closes the disc tray.
- DELETE: Deletes USB tracks.
- SHUFFLE: Plays tracks in random sequence for CD/MP3 CD or USB.
- CD/USB: Selects CD or USB mode.
- AUX: Selects AUX-IN input.
- RECORD: Enters record mode.
- VOL+ / VOL-: Adjusts volume.
Listening to a Vinyl Record
- Press the "PHONO" selector button.
- Gently open the top cover.
- Place a vinyl record on the turntable. Use the 45 RPM adapter if needed.
- Select the appropriate speed (33-1/3, 45, or 78 RPM).
- Gently push the tone arm clip to the right to release the tone arm.
- Raise the cue lever to lift the tone arm off its support.
- Move the tone arm to the edge of the record. The turntable will begin to turn.
- Gently lower the tone arm by slowly releasing the cue lever.
- When the record ends, lift the tone arm manually and place it on the rest.
Important: Closing the top cover helps prevent dust. Always relock the tone arm clip before transporting. Do not place anything on the turntable cover while playing a record.
Listening to a CD/MP3 CD
- Press the "CD/USB" button to select CD mode. The display will show "CD".
- Press the EJECT [symbol] to open the disc tray.
- Place a disc on the tray with the printed label facing up.
- Press the EJECT [symbol] to close the tray.
- The unit will display "READ" and then the number of tracks.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE [symbol] to begin playback.
- To pause, press PLAY/PAUSE [symbol] again. Press again to resume.
- To skip tracks, use the [Previous Track] or [Next Track] buttons. Pressing [Previous Track] once restarts the current track; twice goes to the previous track.
- To fast forward/rewind within a track, press and hold the corresponding skip button.
- To stop playback, press the STOP [symbol] button.
- For MP3 CDs, use the Folder up/down buttons to choose folders.
Important:
- Never place more than one disc on the tray.
- Place the disc in the center of the tray.
- Do not push the CD tray; use the OPEN/CLOSE button.
- Allow a moment for the unit to load the disc.
Repeat Playback:
Press the REPEAT button to cycle through REPEAT 1 (one track), REPEAT FOLDER (for MP3 CDs), or REPEAT ALL (entire CD/MP3 CD). Repeat mode cancels if other function buttons are pressed.
Shuffle Playback:
Press the SHUFFLE button to play tracks in a random sequence. Shuffle mode cancels if other function buttons are pressed.
Programmed Playback (CD/MP3 CD)
Program up to 20 tracks for CD or 99 tracks for MP3 disc.
- Press "CD/USB" to select CD mode and load a CD.
- While stopped, press the PROGRAM button. "PROGRAM" indicator blinks, "P01" appears.
- Use [Previous Track] or [Next Track] buttons to select a track number.
- Press PROGRAM again to set the track. "P02" appears. Repeat for additional tracks.
- Press PLAY [symbol] to start program playback.
- To cancel, press STOP [symbol].
To check programmed order, press [Previous Track] or [Next Track] repeatedly in stop mode.
To add a track, press PROGRAM in stop mode, select track, then press PROGRAM again.
To clear programmed order, press STOP or other function buttons (OPEN/CLOSE, POWER, etc.).
Listening to the Radio
- Press the "AM/FM" button. Press again to switch between AM and FM.
- Tune to the desired station using the Radio Tuner Knob.
Note: In FM Mode, the "TUNED/ST" indicator lights up red for stereo reception.
Adjusting for Best Reception: AM broadcast: Rotate the unit. FM broadcast: Extend and reposition the FM antenna.
Listening to an External Audio Device (AUX Mode)
Play audio from external sources like iPod, MP3 Player, or Portable CD Player.
Use the front AUX-IN jack with a 3.5mm cable for devices with headphone jacks. Use the rear AUX-IN jacks (red/white) for devices with RCA connections.
- Plug one end of the AUX-IN cable into the unit's AUX-IN jack.
- Plug the other end into the external audio source's headphone jack or RCA jacks.
- Press "AUX/Bluetooth" button to select AUX-IN function. "AUX" will appear on the display.
- Turn your external device on to playback.
- Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust sound level.
- Adjust volume on your external device if necessary.
- Control playback using your external device.
Note: If both front and rear AUX-INs are connected, only the front one is active.
Listening to an External Audio Device (Bluetooth Mode)
Enjoy music from external devices with Bluetooth capability.
Getting Connected Using Bluetooth:
- Press "AUX/Bluetooth" button twice to select Bluetooth mode. The display will show [Bluetooth symbol].
- Enable Bluetooth on your external device and search for devices.
- Select "Victrola" or "Wooden Music Center" from the paired devices list.
- If a password is required, enter "0000".
- A series of tones will indicate a successful connection.
Note: Effective distance is 10 meters (33 ft).
Enjoy Music:
- Pair your external device.
- Turn on the music player program on your external device and set it to play.
- Control playback using the unit's PLAY/PAUSE or track navigation buttons. Some functions may vary depending on the music player program.
Listening to a Cassette Tape
- Load an audio cassette tape into the unit. Playback will begin automatically.
- Press the cassette button halfway to fast forward. Press lightly to resume playback.
- Press the cassette button completely down to end playback and eject the tape.
USB Memory Stick Playback
- Press "CD/USB" button repeatedly to switch to USB mode. "USB" will appear on the display.
- Connect the USB memory stick into the USB slot. The number of tracks will display.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE [symbol] to begin playback.
- To pause, press PLAY/PAUSE [symbol] again. Press again to resume.
- Use Folder down/up buttons to choose your desired folder.
- Use [Previous Track] or [Next Track] buttons to skip tracks. [Previous Track] once restarts the current track; twice goes to the previous track. [Next Track] skips to the next track.
- Press and hold skip buttons to fast forward/rewind within a track.
- Press STOP [symbol] to stop playback.
DELETE Function:
When USB is stopped, press the DELETE button briefly, then use [Rewind] or [Fast Forward] buttons to select:
- DEL ONE: Delete one track.
- DEL FOLDER: Delete one folder.
- DEL ALL: Delete everything on USB.
Then, press DELETE button to confirm the mode.
Note: If the deletion mode is blinking, press STOP [symbol] or wait 15 seconds to cancel.
Repeat Playback (USB):
Press REPEAT button to cycle through REPEAT 1, REPEAT FOLDER, or REPEAT ALL.
Shuffle Playback (USB):
Press SHUFFLE button to play tracks in a random sequence.
Programmed Playback (USB):
Program up to 99 tracks. Press "CD/USB" to enter USB mode, insert USB. While stopped, press PROGRAM. Use track navigation buttons to select track number, then press PROGRAM. Repeat for more tracks. Press PLAY [symbol] to start. Cancel with STOP [symbol].
USB Recording Function
Audio from PHONO, TAPE, CD, or AUX/BLUETOOTH sources can be recorded onto USB memory (MP3 format).
Note: USB recording supports CD, CD-R, CD-W, MP3 CD, WMA formats. Does not support NTFS and EXFAT.
Recording:
- Insert a USB memory stick into the USB slot.
- Select the music source (PHONO, TAPE, AUX/ [Bluetooth symbol], or CD).
- For vinyl, place the needle on the record.
- Press the RECORD [symbol] button to start recording. Display shows "REC ADY" then track info.
- When finished, press the STOP [symbol] button. Display shows "REC END".
Note: Only MP3 format can be recorded onto USB memory.
Manual Track Increment Assignment:
During recording, press the [Next Track] button to end the current track and begin a new one (approx. 3-5 seconds). The current track number will be indicated.
Note: Recording stops after approximately 15 minutes if the source is disconnected. Remote control can be used for all functions.
CD to USB Recording Function
- Connect the USB memory stick into the USB slot.
- Select CD mode. Put a CD/MP3 CD on the tray and close it.
- If the CD/MP3 CD is playing, press the STOP [symbol] button.
- Press the RECORD [symbol] button once to enter recording mode.
- Press [Previous Track] or [Next Track] buttons to select "record one", "record folder", or "record all".
- Press Record button again to start recording.
- Pressing the STOP [symbol] button will cancel the recording.
Note: When audio from CD is recorded to USB in MP3 format, only the STOP button will work.
Maintenance / Proper Handling
Compact Disc Handling:
- Place discs with the label side facing up.
- Handle discs by the edges or label to avoid fingerprints.
- Clean discs with a soft, dry cloth from the center hole outward.
- Never use chemicals like record spray, benzene, or thinner.
- Return discs to their cases after use.
- Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures.
- Do not use irregularly-shaped CDs.
- Never insert a disc with a crack.
Handling Vinyl Records:
- Do not touch the record's grooves. Handle by edges or label with clean hands.
- Clean records with a soft anti-static cloth.
- Keep records in their protective sleeves when not in use.
- Store records upright on their edges.
- Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, vibration, dust, or moisture.
General Care:
- Pull the power plug directly from the wall outlet; never pull the cord.
- To clean the unit, use a clean, dry cloth. Do not use chemical solvents.
- Unplug the power cord if the unit will not be used for an extended period.
How to Replace the Turntable Stylus:
The stylus lasts about 50 hours. Replace when sound quality degrades to prevent record damage.
Removing the old stylus:
- Set a screwdriver at the tip of the stylus and push downward [symbol A].
- Remove the stylus by pulling it downward and forward simultaneously.
Installing a new stylus:
- Hold the front tip of the stylus and insert its rear edge [symbol B] first.
- Push the stylus upwards [symbol C] until it locks into place.
Caution: Do not remove or bend the stylus. Do not touch the needle. Turn off the unit's power before replacing the stylus. Keep out of reach of children.

Innovative Technology Electronics LLC. (IT) warrants the product to be free from "Defects" in materials under normal use for a period of "One Year" from the date of the original purchase. The Warranty is "Not" transferable. IT agrees, within the initial "90 Day" period, to repair or replace the product if it is determined to be defective at "No Charge". IT will cover the cost to repair or replace damaged "Parts" only for a total period of "One Year" from the date of the original purchase. To Obtain Service: The purchaser MUST present an original sales receipt / proof of purchase. Contact www.ithomeproducts.com to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. Upon receipt and inspection, IT may issue a replacement of equivalent value. To return an item, supply full name, return address, phone number, item purchased, receipt of purchase, and reason for return to obtain RMA number. All returns must be in original packaging or a reasonable substitute. Include full name, shipping address, and telephone number inside the package. No return will be shipped back to a PO Box or APO address.

Assembling the Stand
STEP 1:
- Turn the Shelf (Top) (A) upside down on a flat, clean surface.
- Place a Top Leg (B) into each hole of the faceplate and tighten.
- Repeat to assemble the remaining Top Legs - 4 total.
STEP 2:
- Place the Shelf (Bottom) (C) on the base of the (4) Top Legs, aligning the holes.
STEP 3:
- Place the threaded end of one Bottom Leg (D) through each hole and into the corresponding Top Leg and fasten until tight.
- With all four Bottom Legs (D) in place, turn the fully assembled unit upright with the help of an assistant.
STEP 4:
- Insert first Record Rack (E) through the corresponding holes in the Shelf (Bottom) (C) and use a corresponding nut to securely attach (hand tighten only).
- Repeat for the second Record Rack (E).

- This product should be moved with care to avoid damage or injury. Unplug power cord, remove music center and records before moving Wooden Stand.
- Do not sit or stand on unit to avoid injury - only place music center and records on Wooden Stand.
