Product Overview

5G mmW Outdoor Receiver for Internet Service

The M2U350 outdoor receiver is a Customer-Premises Equipment (CPE) supporting 5G NR SA core networks with mmWave technology. It provides flexible 5G NR mobile broadband access for significantly higher download speeds. The M2U350 is designed for outdoor use, offering protection against temporary water submersion. It is powered via PoE (802.3bt) and features a 10G Ethernet port for multi-gigabit high-speed internet connections. With an included mounting bracket, the M2U350 ODU can be attached to a wall or pole, functioning as a fixed wireless access modem connected to an in-house Wi-Fi gateway.

The following diagram illustrates a basic topology of the components and their relationships:

Diagram Description: A network topology diagram shows a '5G network provider' communicating wirelessly (mmW) with a 'Pegatron Outdoor Receiver'. The receiver is connected via 'Power over Ethernet' to a 'PoE injector'. The PoE injector is then connected via 'Ethernet cables' to a 'Wi-Fi router'. The Wi-Fi router connects to 'User Equipment (Devices)' like a smartphone and laptop via Wi-Fi. The diagram also shows a 'Management only' connection to the receiver, possibly via Bluetooth or 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and indicates the receiver uses a 'Nano SIM'.
