SIM Card Types
The device supports the following SIM card sizes:
- NANO SIM (4FF)
- STANDARD SIM
- MICRO SIM
Setup Instructions
- Download the Hausetopia App and create an account.
- Insert an activated SIM card with a mobile data plan to access the mobile network.
- Connect the Type-C connector of the power adapter to the port on the camera. Plug the adapter into a wall socket and wait for the Status LED to blink Yellow.
- Press and hold the Reset Button for 3 seconds until the Status LED turns RED, then release. Wait for the Status LED to blink Blue or Green.
- Follow the Hausetopia App to finish setup.
LED Status Indicators
| LED State | Description |
|---|---|
| Blink Yellow | The device is powered on and waiting for IP address. |
| Blink Blue/Green | Device is connected to (4G/Blue, 5G/Green) mobile network. |
| Solid Blue/Green | The device is connected to cloud server and ready to use. |
| Blink Red | Factory Reset is ongoing. |
| Solid Red | No SIM card or no access to the mobile network. |
