Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your blender:
- Before first use, hand wash the Removable Measuring Cup, Lid, Tritan Jar, and Blades with mild soap and a brush. Be careful, the blades are very sharp! Rinse all parts well and dry them.
- Place the Blender Base on a sturdy, horizontal surface. Press down firmly so that the four Suction Blender Feet secure the blender in place.
- Assemble all washed parts onto the Blender Base.
- Insert the power plug into a power outlet. The Control Panel will turn on for 2 seconds then turn off, indicating the blender is in standby mode. If the blender is not in operation mode for 3 minutes, it will go dormant. To reactivate, it must be replugged or the Jar removed and placed back onto the Blender Base.
- Remove the Lid. Add liquid ingredients first, followed by solid ingredients in small pieces, and then frozen ingredients. This order provides more consistent blending and prevents unnecessary stress on the motor. The food-to-liquid ratio should be approximately 2:3, and the amount of ingredients should NOT exceed the MAX fill line indicated on the Jar. WARNING: Always remove cores from fruits and vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Never use boiling or hot liquids, or run the blender empty.
- Place the Measuring Cup and Lid back on the Blender Jar.
- Press the START/STOP button, then choose from the available function controls: PULSE, LOW speed, MEDIUM speed, HIGH speed, SMOOTHIE control, or ICE crush control. Press the START/STOP control again to stop the blender's operation.
WARNING: Do not run the blender for more than 3 minutes at a time, and always wait until the unit is cooled to room temperature before performing the next operating cycle.
Important Operating Tips
- For quick or delicate blending tasks, press and hold the PULSE control for a few seconds, then release. Repeat as needed until the desired consistency is obtained.
- If you need to add ingredients while the blender is operating, remove the Measuring Cup and add ingredients through the Lid opening.
- When crushing ice or hard food, keep one hand firmly on the Lid.
- WARNING: For each use, the consecutive operation time should be less than 3 minutes. A rest time of at least 10 minutes MUST be maintained between two continuous cycles. Allow the blender to cool down to room temperature before performing the next operating cycle.
- If you wish to stop the blender during operation, press the START/STOP control at any time.
- Always pour liquids into the jar first, followed by solids, for better blending results and less stress on the motor.
- Some tasks are not performed efficiently in this blender, such as beating egg whites, whipping cream, mashing potatoes, grinding meat, mixing dough, and extracting juice from fruits and vegetables.
- WARNING: The following items should never be placed in the blender as they may cause damage: bones, large pieces of solid food, frozen food (except ice cubes or frozen fruit up to 1 inch), or tough foods such as turnips.
- TO DISLODGE FOOD: Use a plastic spatula to help remove food lodged around the blade assembly. DO NOT USE THE SPATULA UNTIL YOU HAVE TURNED THE BLENDER OFF. Replace the Lid, Removable Measuring Cup, and continue blending if necessary.
- Ensure the spatula is NOT inside the Blender Jar before blending.
- WHEN BLENDING IS FINISHED: Press the START/STOP control and unplug the blender from the electrical outlet.
- Never remove the Blender Jar from the Jar pad until the blender is off. Simply lift the Blender Jar from the Jar Pad.
- Do NOT put hands into the Blender Jar with the blender plugged in.
- In the event the blender loses power and shuts off, simply unplug the blender, then plug it back in. Press the START/STOP control to power the blender on.
- If the blender has overheated, let it cool down for 15 minutes before powering on again.
Don'ts When Using Your Blender
- Don't leave your blender plugged into the power outlet after using it.
- Don't store food or liquids in your blender jar.
- Don't use any utensil inside the blender jar while the motor is on.

- Don't overprocess foods. The blender will achieve most desired results in seconds, not minutes.
- Don't attempt to mash potatoes, knead heavy dough, or beat egg whites.
- Don't overload the blender. If the motor stalls, turn the blender off immediately, unplug the unit, and remove a portion of the food, then continue.
- Don't put hands inside the blender jar when the blender is plugged in.
- Don't use carbonated liquids in the blender jar. Using carbonated liquids may result in serious injuries.
- Don't remove the blender jar while the unit is on. Keep the blender jar lid on the blender jar while blending.
Cleaning and Maintenance
NOTE: This product contains no user-serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
- Before cleaning, unplug the blender from the power outlet.
- Don't let food dry on the Jar Assembly, as this will make cleaning difficult.
- Dismantle all detachable parts. Lift the Jar Assembly off the Motor Unit. Detach the Lid Seal Ring from the Jar Lid and the Measuring Cup.
- After every use, immediately hand wash the Measuring Cup, Lid, Lid Seal Ring, and Jar with mild soap. Use a brush on the Blades for easier cleaning.
- Rinse all parts well and dry them.
- WARNING: Don't touch the sharp blades; handle carefully. Don't immerse the blade assembly in water for long periods. If leaving the Jar to air dry, place it upside down and away from children.
- Place the Lid Seal Ring back onto the Lid, the Measuring Cup onto the Lid, the Lid onto the Jar, and the Jar onto the base.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Remove stubborn spots by rubbing with a non-abrasive cleaner. If liquids spill into the motor unit, first unplug the blender, then wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- WARNING: Do NOT immerse the motor unit in liquids to prevent the risk of electric shock, death, or serious injuries. Do NOT use rough scouring pads or cleansers on parts or finish. Do NOT place any part of the blender in the dishwasher.
