General Installation Instructions

Attention: Installation should only be performed by individuals with electro-technical knowledge and experience. These products are not suitable for installation in locations near the sea or in environments with a corrosive atmosphere.

1. Ensure the main power source is turned off. [Power Off Symbol]
2. Connect the device to the mains supply using the terminal block*.
3. Verify that the cables are securely connected to the terminals on the device.
4. After installation is complete, activate the power source and test the function.

*Terminal block is not included.

Installation Procedures

Manual Installation Steps

Follow these steps for manual installation:

1. Step 1: Ensure power is OFF. [Power Off Symbol]
2. Step 2: Connect wiring as per diagram. [Wire connection diagram description: Show connection of wires to terminals.]
3. Step 3: Hang the fixture securely. [Hanging fixture diagram description: Fixture suspended from ceiling.]
4. Step 4: Secure the fixture to the mounting surface. [Securing fixture diagram description: Fixture being attached to the ceiling.]
5. Step 5: Connect power supply wires to the fixture. [Power connection diagram description: Mains power connected to the fixture terminals.]
6. Step 6: Perform final checks. [Final check diagram description: Visual inspection of connections.]
7. Step 7: Turn power ON. [Power On Symbol]

Important Notes:

• The installation base must be able to support 10 times the weight of the product.
• Maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter from lighted objects.
• Replace any cracked protective shield before installation.

Dimmer Installation

For 100W - 150W - 200W Models:

Connect wires:

• DIM+ (Brown wire)
• DIM- (Blue wire)
• AC/L (Brown wire)
• AC/N (Blue wire)
• PE (Green/Yellow wire)

Use 2x 0.35mm² stranded wires for DIM connections and 3x 1.04mm² stranded wires for AC/N, AC/L, PE connections.

For 240W Models:

Connect wires:

• DIM+ (Purple wire)
• DIM-/12V- (Pink wire)
• 12V+ (Black/White wire)
• AC/L (Brown wire)
• AC/N (Blue wire)
• PE (Green/Yellow wire)

Use 3x 0.35mm² stranded wires for DIM connections and 3x 1.04mm² stranded wires for AC/N, AC/L, PE connections.

Optional Reflector Installation

1. Ensure power is OFF.
2. Attach the reflector to the LED High Bay unit. [Reflector attachment diagram description: Reflector being fitted onto the luminaire.]
3. Turn power ON. [Power On Symbol]

Optional Bracket Installation

1. Ensure power is OFF.
2. Attach the adjustable bracket to the LED High Bay fixture. [Bracket attachment diagram description: Bracket being mounted onto the luminaire.]
3. Mount the fixture with the attached bracket to the desired surface. [Mounting diagram description: Fixture being installed on a ceiling or wall.]
4. Secure the fixture properly.
5. Connect the power supply wiring. [Wiring connection diagram description: Electrical connections being made.]
6. Turn power ON. [Power On Symbol]
