Getting Started

Charging the Case: Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light will show the charging status.
Charging the Earphones: Place the earphones into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated. The indicator lights on the earphones will show charging status.
Powering On/Off: The earphones will automatically power on when removed from the case and power off when placed back in.

Pairing

Open the charging case with the earphones inside.
The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode. The indicator light will flash.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Baseus Bowie E16" to connect.
Once paired, the indicator light will turn off or show a steady light, indicating a successful connection.

Controls

The Baseus Bowie E16 features touch controls on the earbuds:

Play/Pause Music: Double-tap the touch area on either earphone.
Next Track: Triple-tap the touch area on the right earphone.
Previous Track: Triple-tap the touch area on the left earphone.
Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch area on either earphone.
Reject Call: Press and hold the touch area on either earphone for 2 seconds.
Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the touch area on either earphone for 1.5 seconds.

Features

Low Latency Mode: Triple-tap the touch area on the left earphone to switch to low latency mode for gaming.
App Control: Download the Baseus App to customize EQ settings, control touch functions, and update firmware.

Troubleshooting

Earphones not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earphones are charged and in pairing mode. Try resetting the earphones by placing them in the case, closing the lid, and pressing and holding the touch area on both earphones for 10 seconds until the indicator lights flash red.
No sound: Check the volume on your device and the earphones. Ensure the earphones are properly paired and connected.
