Please read this user manual carefully before using the product and keep it with proper care.
Product Connection Steps
1. Turn On
Open the charging case and take out the earphones. The earphones will automatically turn on.
2. Wireless Connection
Turn on your phone's Bluetooth function and search for devices. Select 'Baseus Bowie W16' and click Connect.
3. Turn Off
Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid to turn them off.

Operation Instructions
Music Mode:
- Play/Pause: Double-tap the left or right earphone (L or R).
- Next Song: Long-tap the right earphone (R) for 1.5 seconds.
- Previous Song: Long-tap the left earphone (L) for 1.5 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Triple-tap the left or right earphone (L or R).
Call Mode:
- Answer/Hang Up: Double-tap the left or right earphone (L or R).
- Reject Call: Long-tap the left or right earphone (L or R) for 1.5 seconds.
Charging and Battery Status
Charging Status Indicator Light (Charging Case):
- When charging earphones: The case displays current power for 3 seconds, then turns off.
- [Red light on]: Indicates 21%-100% remaining battery. Turns off after 3 seconds.
- [Flashing red light]: Indicates less than 20% remaining battery. Turns off after 3 seconds.
Charging the Case:
- During charging: The indicator light will [flash white].
- When fully charged: The indicator light will [solid white].
Battery Status Display:
Open the lid or single-tap the button on the charging case once to display the current battery level of the case:
- [Red light on]: Indicates 21%-100% remaining battery. Turns off after 3 seconds.
- [Flashing red light]: Indicates less than 20% remaining battery. Turns off after 3 seconds.
Restore to Default Settings
Follow these steps to restore the earphones to factory settings:
- Turn off the Bluetooth on nearby mobile phones.
- Open the charging case lid and take out both earphones.
- Triple-tap the left and right earphones simultaneously.
- Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid.
- Take the earphones out again.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone to search and connect the earphones.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Phone cannot find Bluetooth earphones / connection unstable / disconnects during use / sound stuttering?
- Ensure you are within the 10-meter Bluetooth connection range, avoiding obstructions like walls or bodies.
- Make sure the earphones have sufficient power and re-enter pairing mode to connect.
- If connection issues persist, place earphones in the charging case, manually ignore the device on your phone's Bluetooth settings, turn off Bluetooth, and then restore factory settings before attempting reconnection.
- Electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection, causing sound problems or disconnections. Try moving to a different location.
2. Why won't the earphones turn on or off?
- Ensure both the charging case and earphones have battery power. Open the charging case lid; earphones will turn on automatically.
- Ensure the charging case has battery power. Place earphones in the charging case and close the lid; earphones will turn off automatically.
- If the charging case is out of battery, turn off the Bluetooth function on your phone. The earphones will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
- Keep the earphone charging area and the charging case's Pogo pins clean. Regularly clean them with a dry cloth.
3. Why is there no sound from one earphone after taking it out?
- Place both earphones back into the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out again.
- If the issue persists, place earphones in the charging case, manually ignore the device on your phone's Bluetooth settings, turn off Bluetooth, and restore factory settings before reconnecting.
4. Why is the touch function not sensitive?
- Ensure the earphone touch functional area is clean and water-free.
- Ensure your fingers are clean and free of water or other foreign objects when touching the earphones.
- Make sure the touch position is correct and complete quick double-click or triple-click operations within 0.5 seconds.
- If the issue persists, place earphones in the charging case, manually ignore the device on your phone's Bluetooth settings, turn off Bluetooth, and restore factory settings before reconnecting.
5. How to burn in earphones for better sound quality?
- (Softer music) Play music at one-third of normal volume for 12 hours.
- (Any music except typical rock music) Play music at two-thirds of normal volume for 12 hours.
- (Your favorite music) Play music at normal volume for 72 hours.
- (Your favorite music) Play music at three-fourths of normal volume for 24 hours.
