Assembly Instructions
Install the round handle with the spring, steel ring, and plastic washer (in that order) onto the handle's threads. Screw the handle into the tap in the protractor cutout.

If your tabletop has a t-miter slot, rotate the disk on the end of the miter bar to fit into that t-slot. Note: The miter bar is designed for standard 3/4" x 3/8" t-miter slots and U-miter slots. It is not compatible with non-standard miter slots found on brands like Ryobi and Shopsmith table saws.

The miter bar features four spring plungers on its side. Use the provided 4 mm hex key wrench to adjust these plungers in or out to ensure a snug fit within the miter slot.

Attach the sacrificial wood fence to the middle t-slot of the aluminum fence using the provided low-profile socket head screws and oval nuts.

Attach the aluminum fence to the miter gauge face using the two provided threaded knobs, washers, and oval nuts. The knobs pass through the miter gauge slots and into the center t-track of the aluminum fence. Ensure the edge of the aluminum fence with the thin strip of plastic tape (to prevent tabletop scratches) is installed facing down.

Install the flip stop into the top t-track of the aluminum fence using the provided washer and oval nut.

Calibration
Before initial use, calibrate the Digital Miter Gauge using a 1-2-3 block or a carpenter's square. Align the long edge of the block or square along the tool's miter slot, with its short edge against the miter gauge's face. Ensure the miter gauge's face is square to the tool's miter slot.
To set the miter gauge to zero, press the Zero button briefly. Then, use the 2 mm hex key wrench to loosen the two small screws on the cursor. Align the cursor's zero mark precisely with the protractor's zero mark. Repeat this calibration process whenever the battery is changed or if calibration is lost.

Optional Part: 1-2-3 Block
- 1-2-3 Block - aluminum alloy, blue anodized with laser scale, squareness: 0.001" (Model: 36-123-A)
How to Use
Once calibrated, the Digital Miter Gauge is ready for use. Press the ON/OFF button to activate the display. The gauge will automatically turn off after approximately 4 minutes of inactivity, or you can turn it off manually by pressing the power button again.
To set the miter gauge to a specific angle, loosen the handle, then rotate the gauge until the desired angle is shown on the digital display. The gauge features protractor marks at 15°, 30°, and 45° to assist in quickly moving to approximate angles. Fine-tuning to the exact angle is done via the digital display.
A short press of the Hold/Flip button will lock the current display value. A long press will flip the display orientation.
The sacrificial wood fence is designed to be 1 inch longer than the aluminum fence. It should extend outwards to provide workpiece support close to the blade or bit, preventing damage to the aluminum fence, especially when set at an angle. The assembled fence can be slid left or right by loosening the knobs in the miter gauge slots.
