At prolonged low temperatures, battery capacity may limit full lubricant dispensing. Under such conditions, exchange the battery pack when half the lubricant is dispensed. Warning: Replacing the battery pack may disable the empty canister indicator.

Installation and Maintenance
Refer to diagrams for detailed installation and maintenance procedures, including battery replacement, connection of tubing (e.g., LAPT 1000, LAPT 5000), use of PTFE tape and Loctite 243.
Ensure proper alignment and secure connections. Follow specific steps for unit assembly and setup.
Monitoring: Check lubricant level and dispensing status. The DialSet system (skf.com/lubrication/dialset) allows setting dispensing periods.
Operational Status Indicators: Green light ✔️ indicates OK. Red light ❌ indicates STOP or ERROR STOP. Check pressure readings (e.g., ~5 bar (72 psi)).
Battery Replacement: Follow steps 1, 2, 3 for battery replacement. Note that battery replacement may disable the empty indicator.
Maintenance: Clean units as needed. Ensure correct lubricant type and quantity are used.
Marking: Units can be marked with date and week (e.g., 14-12-2013, wk 50-13).
Dispensing Check: Monitor dispensing frequency (e.g., 1M > 4 x < 7 days).
