Installation Diagram

The installation diagram shows the overall dimensions of the heated cupboard. It depicts a rectangular unit with sliding doors on the front. Dimensions indicated are approximately 1000+2000 mm in width, 850/900 mm in height, and 600/700 mm in depth. The unit stands on adjustable feet.

Wiring Diagram

The wiring diagram illustrates the electrical connections for a 220-240V, 50/60Hz power supply. It shows the main switch (Interruttore Generale), a fan motor (Motore Ventola), and a heating element (Resistenza Riscaldante). The diagram indicates connections for Line (L) and Neutral (N).

Operation

  1. Connect the appliance to the electric current.
  2. Turn on the main switch (A) to position "I".
  3. Set the desired temperature using the thermostat knob (C) (30-90°C). The fan ensures uniform heat distribution.
  4. Arrange tableware in two rows inside the compartment, leaving approximately 80 mm between them for air circulation. Avoid blocking air vents.
  5. To turn off heating, set knob "C" to "O".
  6. To completely switch off the appliance, set button "A" to "O" and disconnect the main power supply.

Cleaning

⚠️ ATTENTION! Before cleaning, turn off and unplug the appliance. Do not use direct water jets or high-pressure water streams. Ensure water does not enter the appliance.

Disposal and Recycling

At the end of its useful life, dispose of the appliance responsibly and in accordance with local regulations to protect the environment. The "CE" mark must be destroyed during disposal.
