Welcome to the GGM Gastro commercial Induction Hob series. This manual provides easy-to-understand operating instructions to save time and energy. Simply select the food type and cooking method, and operate gently. With intuitive controls, achieve excellent cooking results without complex programming.
This manual details the features, structure, and usage methods of commercial induction hobs. For non-standard products, please refer to this manual and any additional documentation. To ensure correct usage and avoid issues, read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

For safe and reliable operation, designate an operation manager. Report any product failures immediately to the manager and contact the company.
I. Safety Regulations
Warning!
- Incorrect installation, operation, maintenance, or cleaning, or unauthorized modifications can cause damage, injury, or casualties. Read instructions carefully before installation.
- Do not cook food containing flammable substances (e.g., alcohol). Low ignition point substances may ignite spontaneously. Risk of fire!
- Keep flammable or combustible substances away from the equipment. Risk of fire!
- If the glass is damaged, replace the entire piece immediately.
- Ensure no cleaning tablet residues remain in the cooking cavity before use. Residues can cause corrosion.
- Do not place containers with liquid or liquid food in the upper layer above eye level to avoid burns.
- If the stove surface cracks, immediately cut off power to the appliance and related parts.
- Do not place aluminum foil or plastic containers on a hot surface, nor stack objects on the stove surface.
Danger-High pressure!
- Inspection, maintenance, and repair work must be performed by professionally trained personnel.
- Disconnect power supply before cleaning, inspection, maintenance, or repair.
- Restrict the movement of equipment with wheels to prevent damage to wires, water pipes, and drainage pipes. Ensure power is disconnected before moving. After moving, reconnect the mobile safety device and power cord as required.
- For equipment maintenance and to ensure no technical problems, an authorized service partner should perform maintenance at least annually.
Attention!
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their maintenance department, or similarly qualified professionals to avoid danger.
- The power cord must be an oil-resistant sheathed cable, not lighter than ordinary neoprene or equivalent synthetic rubber sheathed cords (YZW).
- Fixed wiring connections must include a disconnect device (leakage protection switch) with a contact distance greater than 30mm, per wiring rules.
- Do not place metal objects like knives, forks, or spoons on the stove surface as they may become hot.
- Be careful when operating the appliance to avoid heating rings, watches, or other items worn close to the stove surface.
- Users with pacemakers should contact the manufacturer before operating the stove and obtain consent.
- This manual is not intended for individuals (including children) with physical, sensory, or intellectual disabilities, or those lacking experience and knowledge.
- Before cleaning, ensure the power is off and the stove has cooled down. Do not use water jets for cleaning.
- Repair work must be performed by personnel trained or recommended by the manufacturer.
Equipotential meaning: Equipotential bonding connects exposed metal and conductive parts of electrical devices to reduce potential differences and prevent electric shock risk.
Non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation: Indicates higher than conventional, potentially dangerous non-ionizing radiation.
Dangerous voltage: Indicates live parts with a working voltage greater than 250V.
II. Maintenance & Inspection
Caution!
- Inadequate cleaning can lead to remaining grease or food residues burning on the cooking surface, risking fire.
- Clean the equipment daily to prevent corrosion of the cooking surface.
- Apply vegetable oil or grease to the cooking surface regularly (approximately every two weeks) to prevent corrosion.
- Do not use a high-pressure cleaner for cleaning.
- Do not use acid treatments, as this can damage the nickel-chromium alloy steel's inert layer and cause discoloration.
- Use only cleaning agents specifically designed for this equipment. Other agents may cause damage.
- Do not use abrasive or scratching cleaners.
- Clean the equipment daily or as needed to maintain stainless steel quality, hygiene, and prevent operational failures.
- The air filter under the furnace bottom is designed to keep the movement system clean and dry. It must be replaced every 2 months. Refer to notes for details.
- Keep the furnace as clean as possible.
- Do not use water jets for cleaning.
The control system consists of an operation panel and a main control board. The operation panel uses a DC 5V power supply. The PCB board and buttons are moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and treated for use in humid, high, and low-temperature environments. The panel features touch control, ensuring durability even with frequent use.
The main board utilizes a dual MCU architecture. The main control MCU1 is an industrial-grade ARM32-bit microprocessor, and the temperature acquisition MCU2 uses an imported integrated IC for accurate temperature readings in various environmental conditions.

- Durable: The body is made of anti-corrosion material, ensuring no deformation during use. It uses 1.5mm thick 304# stainless steel. Non-contact induction heating, no high-temperature aging, no consumables, no wearing parts in electrical components, and a lifespan of over 3 years.

V. Installation Steps

1. Put the location
- Place the induction cooker on a flat ground.
- Fix the support layer and pins of the induction cooker under its body.
- Avoid installing the equipment in places subject to direct sunlight, rain, heavy vibration, high-voltage lines, excessive temperature and humidity, or frequent interference (high-voltage, high-frequency).

2. Power connection
- When the distance between the control leakage switch and the device is within 10m, use the specified connection line. If the distance exceeds 10m, use a larger wire gauge to compensate for loss and heat.
- The rear panel of the induction cooker has a power cord connection. Fix the corresponding phase line in the screw fixing column of the junction box according to installation requirements.

VI. Operation & Precautions

Steps:
- Turn the equipment on by turning the knob. The induction stove will heat in power mode. Select the desired power level by turning the knob.
- Press the "Power/Temp" key to switch between power mode and temperature mode. Select the desired temperature by turning the knob. Press "Power/Temp" again to return to power mode.
- Each burner has its own control panel and can operate independently.
- Turn the knob to the "ON/OFF" sign during operation to stop the induction stove immediately. After stopping, the fan will cool the equipment for one minute or until the internal temperature is below 35°C before shutting off.
- Accessible surfaces may be hot during operation.
- The appliance will automatically shut off after 4 hours of inactivity.
Notes:
- Before starting, clean the countertop and ensure no aluminum products, plastic containers, or other items are present.
- Precautions during use are similar to those for an open stove.
- Special note: This equipment features an induction coil with over-temperature protection. When the wire reel reaches 120°C, the system automatically cuts off power. The leakage control switch must be restarted for operation. If the wire reel temperature has not dropped, a restart delay will occur.
- When the machine fails, the host display will show a fault code. If the power supply lacks a phase or has a poor connection, the customer may resolve it (requiring an electrician certificate). For other failures, contact the company's after-sales service or a recommended professional maintenance personnel.
- Be careful when handling utensils to avoid burns from hot surfaces. Do not wear rings, watches, etc., close to the stove. Do not place kitchen utensils, knives, forks, or other metal objects on the stove surface.
VII. Error Code
If disruptions occur during device operation, check the error code table below for potential solutions before contacting customer service or the supplier.
Error Message | Cause | Solution |

E0 | No pan or unsuitable pan | Clear/unblock ventilation slots. Let the device cool off for a few minutes. The device is ready for operation once the error message disappears after cooling. |
E01 | Temperature of IGBT is too high or temperature testing circuit failure | Let the device cool off for a few minutes. The device is ready for operation afterwards. |
E02 | Heating empty pan, temperature of pan is too high or temperature testing circuit of pan is fail. | Remove the cookware from the hob. Let the device cool off for a few minutes. The device is ready for operation afterwards. |
E03 | Voltage is unusual | Let the device cool off for a few minutes. The devices are ready for operation afterwards. |
VIII. Storage & Transportation
- Suitable for general transportation. Protect from rain and snow during transport to prevent damage and rust.
- Store in a warehouse with temperatures between -10℃ to +40℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and free from corrosive gases like acid and alkali.
- The storage period in packaged condition should not exceed 180 days.
IX. Unpacking and Inspection
- Unpack the equipment carefully and without rough handling to avoid injury to the equipment or personnel.
- After unpacking, verify that the product is correct and check the packing list for any missing or damaged parts due to transportation. Report any damage within one week of receiving the product by contacting the company.
