I. Safety Regulations

Warning!

Danger-High pressure!

Attention!

Equipotential meaning: Equipotential bonding connects exposed metal and conductive parts of electrical devices to reduce potential differences and prevent electric shock risk.

Non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation: Indicates higher than conventional, potentially dangerous non-ionizing radiation.

Dangerous voltage: Indicates live parts with a working voltage greater than 250V.

II. Maintenance & Inspection

Caution!

The control system consists of an operation panel and a main control board. The operation panel uses a DC 5V power supply. The PCB board and buttons are moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and treated for use in humid, high, and low-temperature environments. The panel features touch control, ensuring durability even with frequent use.

The main board utilizes a dual MCU architecture. The main control MCU1 is an industrial-grade ARM32-bit microprocessor, and the temperature acquisition MCU2 uses an imported integrated IC for accurate temperature readings in various environmental conditions.

V. Installation Steps

  1. 1. Put the location

    • Place the induction cooker on a flat ground.
    • Fix the support layer and pins of the induction cooker under its body.
    • Avoid installing the equipment in places subject to direct sunlight, rain, heavy vibration, high-voltage lines, excessive temperature and humidity, or frequent interference (high-voltage, high-frequency).
  2. 2. Power connection

    • When the distance between the control leakage switch and the device is within 10m, use the specified connection line. If the distance exceeds 10m, use a larger wire gauge to compensate for loss and heat.
    • The rear panel of the induction cooker has a power cord connection. Fix the corresponding phase line in the screw fixing column of the junction box according to installation requirements.
