Product Use

Assembly

  1. To assemble the handle, insert it directly into the appliance until it clicks.
  2. To disassemble, use a tool (like a screwdriver) to press the spring and release the handle.

Charging

  1. Place the appliance on the charging stand and plug in the charger. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.
  2. The battery can be removed and charged separately on the base, ensuring the charging slot is dry.
  3. Place the appliance and charging base near a wall to prevent tripping hazards.
  4. For long-term storage, charge the appliance monthly to maintain optimal performance.

Operation

  1. Press the power button to start the appliance in SMART mode. Press again to turn off.
  2. Press the function button to switch between SMART, MAX, Sterilization, and Suction Modes.
  3. Long-press the power button for 5 seconds to configure the network. Refer to the "APP Download and Connection Guide" for detailed instructions.
  4. Press the mute button for 5 seconds to turn sound on/off. Press the Language/Mute button to cycle through languages (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish). Long-press for 3 seconds to toggle voice prompts.
  5. Do not tilt the appliance beyond 140° to prevent water leakage. The appliance cannot be fully extended under furniture if the gap is less than 50cm.
  6. After use, place the appliance vertically on the charging base for charging and storage.
  7. When charging on the base, press the self-cleaning button to automatically clean the roller brush and tube. The Sterilization UV Light and fan will activate after a 5-second delay.
  8. When charging on the base, long-press the self-cleaning button for 5 seconds to turn the antibacterial lamp and fan on/off.

To ensure optimal performance and prevent odors, clean and dry the following components after each use:

After cleaning, store the appliance vertically on the charging base in a dry indoor location.

Roller Brush Self-Cleaning:

  1. After use, place the appliance on the charging dock and press the self-cleaning button to start the process.
  2. Upon completion, a voice prompt will announce "Cleaning completed, please clean the dirty water tank."
  3. Note: Before self-cleaning, ensure the battery level is above 20%, the dirty water tank is empty, and the clean water tank has more than 40% water.

Filter:

Roller Brush Top Cover:

  1. Hold the front handle, press the button, and pull up to remove the cover.
  2. Rinse with water.
  3. Ensure the cover is securely locked when installed to prevent water leakage.

Roller Brush:

  1. Hold the right button to remove the cover, then pull the roller brush to the right.
  2. Use the cleaning tool to remove hair and debris from the roller brush, then rinse with water.
  3. Remove hair and debris from the roller brush box and tube using the cleaning brush.
  4. A spare roller brush is provided for easy replacement.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The appliance is not turned on Automatic overheating protection Restart after cooling down.
Cannot run after turning on (Voice prompt: standby) The machine stands upright. Step on the roller brush top, press down the handle, and enter the working state.
All lights are off during operation Battery overheat or malfunction Restart after cooling down.
Error indicator flashes (Voice prompt: Check the roller brush) Roller brush is blocked; Roller brush not installed or absent. Clean the roller brush; Install the roller brush correctly.
Error indicator flashes (Voice prompt: Water shortage in clean water tank, please add water) Clean water tank is empty. Add water or liquid to the clean water tank and reinstall it.
Error indicator flashes (Voice prompt: Dirty water tank full, please clean up in time to avoid odor; Voice prompt: check the dirty water tank) Dirty water has reached the Max line. Empty the dirty water and reinstall the dirty water tank.
WiFi indicator OFF WiFi disconnected. Follow the instructions in the APP to connect to WiFi.
Battery level indicator flashes (Voice prompt: insufficient power, please charge) Low battery. Charge the appliance or restart it.
Weak suction The filter is not installed; The filter is dirty or the tube is blocked. Install the filter; Clean the filter and tube.
High noise of the motor The filter is not installed; The filter is dirty or the tube is blocked. Install the filter; Clean the filter and tube.
Error indicator flashes (Voice prompt: Fan error) Motor fault. Shut down and restart after 2 minutes. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer service at support@ultenic.com.
