This document provides instructions for installing the Neomounts FPMA-C340DBLACK ceiling mount for TVs and monitors. It is designed for secure and adjustable mounting of displays from ceilings.

Installation Instructions

1. Step 1: Attach the Rod to the Ceiling Plate

   Secure the rod (B) to the ceiling plate (A) using pole adapters (I, J) and screws (W-C). This forms the base ceiling attachment assembly.

2. Step 2: Install the Ceiling Plate Assembly

   Option A: Wooden Joist Installation

   Attach the ceiling plate assembly (A) to a wooden joist using screws (W-A) and washers (W-C). Ensure the plate is securely fastened to the structural support.

   Option B: Solid Brick or Concrete Ceiling Installation

   Install the ceiling plate assembly (A) onto a solid brick or concrete ceiling. Use appropriate wall anchors (W-B) and screws (W-A, W-C) for secure mounting. The ceiling plate cover (D) may be used to conceal the mounting hardware.

3. Step 3: Connect the Extension Pole

   Option A: Installation on the Ceiling

   Connect the extension pole (E) to the ceiling mount assembly. This involves attaching the pole to the rod (B) and ceiling plate (A) using pole connectors (F, G) and pole adapters (O).

   Option B: Installation Through the Ceiling

   Connect the extension pole (E) through a ceiling opening. The pole is secured to the main mounting structure using pole connectors (G) and the VESA plate assembly (H, N).

4. Step 4: Assemble the VESA Plate

   Assemble the VESA plate (H) by attaching the adjustable arms. Ensure the plate is configured for the correct VESA pattern of your display (e.g., 400x400mm, 300x300mm, 400x200mm).

5. Step 5: Attach the TV to the VESA Plate

   Mount your TV or monitor onto the assembled VESA plate (H). Use the provided screws (M-A, M-B, M-C, M-D) and washers (M-E, M-F) that match your display's VESA mounting holes. Note: The TV is not included.

6. Step 6: Attach the VESA Plate to the Extension Pole

   Secure the VESA plate (H) with the attached TV to the top of the extension pole (E). Use hardware such as screws (M-D) and washers (M-F, M-G) for a firm connection.

7. Step 7: Adjust the Mount

   Position and adjust the mounted TV/monitor to your desired viewing angle. The mount allows for 360° swivel, tilt adjustment from 0° to -10°, and leveling adjustment from +3° to -3°.
