Wi-Fi Switch Module Instruction Manual

Wiring Diagram Description: The module typically features terminals for:

Installation Steps:

App Control:

To control the Wi-Fi Switch Module, download and install the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" application from your mobile device's app store.

1. Register/Login: Create an account or log in to your existing Tuya Smart or Smart Life account.
2. Add Device:
   1. Ensure the module is in pairing mode (indicator light blinking rapidly). If not, press and hold the button on the module for approximately 5 seconds until it blinks rapidly.
   2. In the app, tap the "+" icon to add a device.
   3. Select "Electrical" and then "Switch (Wi-Fi)" or similar category.
   4. Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly and proceed to enter your Wi-Fi network credentials (2.4GHz Wi-Fi only).
   5. The app will search for and connect to the module.
3. Device Control: Once added, the module will appear in your device list. You can tap on it to turn the connected appliance ON/OFF, set schedules, timers, and scenes.

General App Instructions

Downloading the App:

• Search for "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Download and install the application.

Pairing Mode:

• To enter pairing mode, press and hold the physical button on the Wi-Fi module/dimmer for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator light starts blinking rapidly.
• Alternatively, for some switch modules, rapidly toggling the connected traditional wall switch 5 times (e.g., ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON) may also initiate pairing mode.

Wi-Fi Network: Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as these devices do not support 5GHz networks.
