Cat Litter Box Cabinet Assembly Instructions

Important Information

Please read the entire manual before starting to assemble and/or use this product. Follow the manual thoroughly and keep it for further reference.

Tip: Assemble on a soft layer, such as a rug, to avoid scratching the furniture.

Efficiency Tip: Find a partner to install with you to speed up the process.

Anti-Tipple Warning:

Overturned furniture can cause serious or fatal crush injuries. To prevent tipping over, always use the provided wall attachment. If not included, please purchase a suitable wall attachment. Seek professional advice if unsure. Read and follow each step of the instructions carefully.

Important Maintenance Note:

Re-tighten all screws 2 weeks after assembly and every 3 months to ensure stability throughout the product's lifespan.

For frame maintenance, use a rag dipped in neutral detergent, wipe clean, and dry with a clean rag. For glass materials, use a glass cleaner dampened rag and dry with a dry rag.

Do not use an electric screwdriver or excessive force during installation, as the board can break easily.

Parts List and Hardware

Please carefully confirm that each screw corresponds to the manual. Similar shapes can be distinguished by size.

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Screw eccentric rod(A) into board 13. Attach board 12 to board 13 using wooden dowel(C). Insert cam lock(B) into board 12 and turn clockwise to tighten.
2. Step 2: Fix board 14 to iron frame 10 and 11 with screw(F).
3. Step 3: Fix iron frame 10 to board 12 with screw(K). Fix board 15 to iron frame 10 and board 13 with screw(K).
4. Step 4: Fix iron frame 11 to board 12 with screw(K). Fix board 15 to iron frame 11 and board 13 with screw(K).
5. Step 5: Screw eccentric rod(A) into board 18. Fix part(E) to board 18.
6. Step 6: Attach board 18 to board 12 using wooden dowel(C). Insert cam lock(B) into board 12 and turn clockwise to tighten. Fix board 18 to iron frame 10 and 11 with screw(D). Rotate foot peg(G) into the bottom board.
7. Step 7: Screw eccentric rod(A) into board 7. Attach board 6 to board 7 using wooden dowel(C). Insert cam lock(B) into board 6 and turn clockwise to tighten.
8. Step 8: Fix board 5 to iron frame 2 and 3 with screw(F).
9. Step 9: Fix iron frame 3 to board 1, 6 and 8 with screw(K). Fix board 4 to iron frame 3 and board 7 with screw(K).
10. Step 10: Fix iron frame 2 to board 1, 6 and 8 with screw(K). Fix board 4 to iron frame 2 and board 7 with screw(K).
11. Step 11: Screw eccentric rod(A) into board 7.
12. Step 12: Connect the two components using wooden dowel(C). Insert cam lock(B) into board 8 and turn clockwise to tighten. Fix iron frame 2 and 3 to board 18 with screw(D).
13. Step 13: Insert part(J) into boards 16 and 17. Fix knob(H) and part(E) to boards 16 and 17.
14. Step 14: Assemble doors 16 and 17 to the cabinet. Use sticker(L) to cover cam lock holes.

Warranty Information

Warranty Claims

There is a 30-day warranty for broken furniture or other problems. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, verified by proof of purchase.

Before making a claim, please call with your purchase order number and problem details. Replacement parts will be arranged within 48 hours. If out of stock, a shipping date will be provided.

The product must be used according to the instructions provided.

For returns, the furniture must be cleaned and dried, and returned within 30 days of receipt.

Type of Warranty Claim

Failure to follow furniture instructions will invalidate the warranty.

This warranty does not include damage during installation but includes damage during transportation.

Scope of Responsibility

No responsibility will be borne for misuse, user damage, or loss of parts during installation.

Damage and scratches after use are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to all items bought in the US and covers the following areas:

• Sheet parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Electrical parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.
