Introduction to Functions and Operation

This manual provides detailed instructions for the VEVOR BH-8315 Massage Chair. Please read all instructions carefully before operating the product.

Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, user must read instructions manual carefully.

When using electronic products, follow basic safety precautions to check for the risks of electric shock, burns, fire, or personal injury, including the following:

  1. Use an outlet that matches the plug.
  2. Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the socket to reduce the risk of short circuit or fire.
  3. Unplug the device after use or before cleaning.
  4. Do not use the product at high temperatures.
  5. Do not store or use the product outdoors or in direct sunlight.
  6. In case of sudden power failure, set the switch to the "0" position immediately and unplug the plug to avoid damage.
  7. Do not operate the massage chair if the cord is wet or damaged.
  8. Do not insert or unplug the plug with wet hands.
  9. Supervise children and handicapped individuals when they are near or using the massage chair.
  10. Only use the product for the purposes described in this manual.
  11. Do not use accessories not provided by Momoda.
  12. Do not stand or jump on the calf rest.
  13. Do not sit on the armrest or backrest to avoid tipping the chair.
  14. Do not sleep during the massage.
  15. Keep the massage chair clean and avoid inserting objects into gaps.
  16. Do not move the massage chair by pulling the power cord.
  17. Before each use, check the flannelette of the backrest for cracks.
  18. This product is designed for home use only.
  19. Consult a doctor if you are unsure about using the massage chair.
  20. Consult a physician before use if you have back disease, abnormal or distorted cervical spine.
  21. Stop use immediately if you feel pain and seek medical attention if damaged.
  22. Do not massage red, swollen, or inflamed skin.
  23. This product provides massage enjoyment and cannot replace professional medical treatment.
  24. Recommended usage is 30 minutes per day, with no single part massaged for more than 15 minutes to avoid overheating and shorten service life.
  25. Do not use in environments with injected gas or oxygen. Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
  26. Supervise individuals who are physically, emotionally, or mentally defective, or lack experience and knowledge.
  27. Ensure children do not play with the massage chair.
  28. If the power cord is damaged, replace it with a special cord or component from the manufacturer.
  29. Be aware that the appliance surface heats up.
  30. Do not use with a voltage that does not meet the machine's standards.
  31. Use a grounded three-core power socket.
  32. Replace damaged leather or cloth covers promptly.
  33. Do not allow water or moisture into the hand controller to avoid control failure.

The following parts are included with the massage chair:

Assembly Step

  1. Unpack Carton: Carefully unpack the carton and remove all massage chair units. Lift the carton vertically.
  2. Seat Cushion Installation:
    • Connect the zipper and secure it in place.
    • Connect the zipper on the bottom of the cushion.
  3. Install Tablet Holder: Insert the lower end of the tablet holder into the socket and turn clockwise to secure. Use the provided Allen key to tighten the remote control bracket.
  4. Placing the Massage Chair:
    • Carry the chair out of the carton and place it at the desired location.
    • Do not place near heat sources, open flames, or in direct sunlight.
    • To prevent floor scratching, place a carpet or soft mat underneath.
    • Ensure a minimum 25cm clearance at the front and back (especially behind the backrest).
    • Avoid high moisture environments or uneven floors.
    • Keep the chair 1 meter away from TVs, radios, or other audio/video appliances to avoid signal interference.
    • Diagram shows the chair tilted at 30 degrees for moving, with a warning not to place the chair on or run over the power cord.
  5. Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into the chair and connect to the power outlet. Turn on the main power switch. The diagram shows a power socket, fuse, and power switch.

Movement and Structure

Moving the Massage Chair:

  1. Push down on the backrest and tilt the chair about 30 degrees.
  2. Roll the chair on its casters to the desired location.
  3. CAUTION:
    • Do not move the chair with a user inside.
    • Place carpet or soft mat underneath to prevent floor scratching.
    • Hold the backrest firmly when moving to avoid falling.
    • Ensure the footrest is fully retracted when moving to avoid damage.

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
The sound made during operation The sound produced by the structural design will not affect the machine.
The power is plugged in, but the massage chair cannot be operated. Check if the power head is plugged in or powered on. Check the power switch position. Check if the power cord is damaged. Check and replace the fuse if damaged. Ensure the manual control line is inserted and screwed correctly.
The backrest cannot be raised and lowered freely. Check for foreign objects stuck in the backrest and lower legs. Check if the connecting wire is loose.
During use, the controller can be operated, but the massage chair cannot be operated. After a long period of operation, if the temperature is too high, the chair enters temperature protection state. Turn off the power for 30-50 minutes for heat dissipation.
During use, the controller cannot be operated, and the massage chair also stops operating. After the automatic timing function is activated and the set time is up, press the button again to control it.
