FAQ
Q: Concerned about the sound of massage chair operation.
A: The sound produced by the operation is generally caused by the structure of the movement.
Q: What height range is this product suitable for?
A: For users less than 145cm or over 185cm, using upper body and calf/foot massage simultaneously may result in insufficient contact or knee bending.
Q: Feel too much pressure on the foot.
A: Use the airbag button to set the airbag strength to the weakest gear. Reducing calf and foot massage intensity can also decrease foot pressure.
Q: What should we pay attention to when moving?
A: Please note the following:
- Recline the backrest to the lowest position for easier moving.
- Do not sit on the seat when moving.
- Press the power button to turn on.
- Press "zero gravity" to fully recline the backrest.
- Turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.
- If using original cartons, ensure the power cord is not wrapped around the appliance and place it on the seat surface. Avoid the power cord falling and rubbing on the ground.
- If not using original cartons, use other packaging materials to prevent scratches and vibration during handling.
Q: Can people who often go to the hospital because of illness use this product?
A: People with frequent hospital visits should consult a doctor before using this product. Massage, called "touch pressure stimulation," works by compressing muscles to relieve tension and promote blood flow. Depending on the condition, massage may worsen symptoms. Consult a doctor before use.
Q: How many power consumptions monthly when using this product?
A: With 30 minutes of use per day, the product consumes approximately 1.5 kWh per month.
Q: Does it matter if there is a difference in massage strength between the left and right massage wheels?
A: Differences in strength between left and right massage wheels can occur due to the movement structure, which allows for alternating back massage to simulate natural techniques. Slight variations in contact position may lead to perceived differences in strength, which is normal.
Q: What age group is the massage chair suitable for?
A: This massage chair is suitable for people aged 18 to 75. Minors and the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.
