D&R Airlab Module Installation Guide

Instructions for integrating an Airlab module into a D&R Airlab-DT system.

Installation Steps

Remove screw cover strips from the top and bottom of the module.
Remove all screws from the blank panel or the module to be exchanged.
Lift the front module.
Disconnect the shuttle cable from the module. Note: cables may not be present if a blank panel is removed.
Remove the blank plastic plate on the Airlab-DT's backside where the new module will be installed. If replacing a module, verify the back print matches the new Airlab-DT module; if different, exchange the back print on the backplane as well.
Connect the provided shuttle cables from the new module to the MUX board and the back print.
Connect the new module using the shuttle cables.
Carefully place the module inside the console and secure it with screws.
Test all functions before reattaching the front panels.
