Explanation of Measuring Utensils
- Measuring cup (9): For liquids and solids. When measuring liquids, place the transparent cup on a table or flat surface at eye level. For measuring powdered solids, add the required amount of powder to the transparent measuring cup, level the surface lightly, and then check the measurement. Do not shake too vigorously or for too long, as the powder may spill or compact too much, resulting in a lower reading than required. A standard cup of flour weighs approximately 160g.
- Measuring spoon (10): Double-sided spoon (small and large).
- Hook (11): Used to remove the agitator paddle from the bread maker.

Precautions for Bread Recipes
Flour
Use the type of flour specified in the ingredients list. If unavailable, you can substitute with gluten flour or noodle flour.
Yeast
- Do not substitute yeast with baking soda.
- Expired or inactive yeast will affect the bread's texture and appearance.
- To check yeast activation: Add a teaspoon of sugar to half a cup of warm water (40-50°C), stir, then add two teaspoons of yeast on top. Keep in a warm place. After 10 minutes, the mixture should rise to the rim of the cup. If not, use fresh yeast.
Water and Flour Ratio
- Different flours absorb water differently. Adjust water quantity accordingly.
- Too much water results in a soft, shapeless, sticky dough, leading to hard, flat bread with a coarse texture and large pores.
- If the dough is still wet and sticky after 5 minutes, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and knead until the water content is appropriate.
- If the water is insufficient, the flour will clump at the bottom, and the dough won't form a rounded shape, resulting in hard bread with dense pores.
- If the dough is too dry after 5 minutes, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and knead until the water content is appropriate.
Recommended Recipes
Sugar and eggs enhance bread color. Add them in the recommended quantities. Adding too much may cause the bread to burn. If adding an egg, beat it and add water to the level indicated in the recipe.
