Samsung Monitor Promotion: "Get a Galaxy A26"

Article I. Name of the Event

"Get a Galaxy A26 by choosing Samsung Monitors" (the "Operation").

Article II. Type

Prize operation as per Italian Presidential Decree no. 430 of 2001.

Article III. Delegated Entity

ID Time S.r.l., located at Viale Visconti, 4 - 20093 Cologno Monzese (MI), VAT ID 10798370150 (hereinafter, the "Delegated Entity").

Article IV. Period of Operation

From 10:00:00 on August 11, 2025, to 18:00:00 on September 8, 2025.

Article V. Territorial Scope

Territory of the European Union. Only proof of purchase issued by the e-store, as defined in Article 6.1, which complies with Italian tax regulations, will be considered valid.

Article VI. Recipients - Participants

6.1 All adult individuals residing in the European Union who, as consumers under Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (the "Consumer Code"), during the Purchase Period defined in Article IV, have purchased one of the Promoted Products specified in Article VII from Samsung's e-store at www.samsung.com/it or via the Samsung Shop App (including "Samsung Partners Reward" and "Samsung Student" programs) (the "E-store"). Purchases made with a VAT number will not be considered valid for participation in this Operation.

6.2 Participation in the Operation is free, excluding internet connection costs.

Article VII. Promoted Products

7.1 Within this Operation, the promoted products are Samsung-branded PC Monitors, specifically listed in Annex A to these Regulations (the "Promoted Products").

Article VIII. Prize

8.1 Recipients who purchase one of the Promoted Products during the Operation Period are entitled to one (1) prize consisting of a Samsung Galaxy A26 5G smartphone, product code SM-A266BZWBEUE, valued at €319.90 including VAT (the "Prize").

8.2 Each purchase of a Promoted Product (specifically, each serial code) entitles the recipient to one Prize only.

8.3 The Prize does not accrue interest, is not transferable, and cannot be substituted or refunded, except in cases of non-conformity as provided by applicable law.

8.4 The Prize is not transferable to third parties.

8.5 The Prize cannot be converted into cash or gold.

Article IX. Prize Pool

9.1 A total of up to 45 Prizes are expected to be awarded.

9.2 The estimated total value of the prize pool is €14,395.50 (fourteen thousand three hundred ninety-five/50) including VAT.

9.3 As per Article 7 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, the Promoting Entity has paid a security deposit to the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy. The deposit was calculated as 20% of the total estimated value of the prize pool.

Article X. Prize Awarding

10.1 All Recipients who purchase a Promoted Product on the E-store during the Operation Period may, during the purchase process and until its completion, select the Prize free of charge. At the time of claiming the prize, the Recipient must confirm their participation in this Operation and accept the regulations, acknowledging they have read the privacy information.

10.2 The Prize cannot be claimed at a later time or through different methods than those specified in point 10.1.

10.3 Upon completion of the Promoted Product purchase process, the Recipient will receive an order confirmation email for the Promoted Product (the "Order Confirmation Email").

Article XI. Prize Delivery

11.1 If the conditions in Article 10 are met, and subject to Article 12, the Prize will be delivered free of charge within 180 days from the shipping date of the Order Confirmation Email to the delivery address provided by the Recipient during the purchase of the Promoted Product.

11.2 The Recipient or someone on their behalf must be present at the delivery address to collect the Prize.

11.3 In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect, incomplete, insufficient, transferred, or inaccurate Recipient address, or the absence of the Recipient or their representative, the courier will leave a notice with contact information to reschedule delivery. The courier will attempt redelivery the following day.

11.4 If delivery fails on the second attempt, the courier will send an SMS to the Recipient with a "holding notice." The item will be held for 15 days, during which the Recipient must contact the courier using the details provided in the notice. After 15 days, the shipment order will be canceled, and the Recipient will forfeit their right to the Prize.

11.5 To utilize the conventional warranty provided by Samsung, the Recipient must keep the Prize delivery slip and present it to authorized Samsung service centers.

Article XII. Exercise of Right of Withdrawal (Art. 52 Consumer Code)

Regardless of receiving the Order Confirmation Email, if the right of withdrawal under Article 52 of the Consumer Code is exercised for the purchased Promoted Product, the Prize shipment will be canceled, and the Recipient will automatically forfeit the right to the Prize.

Article XIII. Revocation or Modification of Execution Terms

The Promoting Entity may revoke or modify the terms of execution of this Operation for just cause, as per Article 10 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, by providing prior notification to the participants in the same form as the promise or an equivalent form.

Article XIV. Means Used for Publishing the Operation Regulations

The full Regulations for this Operation will be published on https://www.samsung.it/promozioni as per Article 10, paragraph 3, of Presidential Decree 430/2001 and will be kept at the promoting entity's headquarters for the entire duration of the Operation and for the following 12 months.

Article XV. Means Used for Advertising the Operation

This Operation will be advertised through the website https://www.samsung.it/promozioni, via social networks, or any other advertising spaces defined by the Promoting Entity, in compliance with the provisions of Article 11, paragraph 2, of Presidential Decree 430/2001 and these Regulations.

Article XVI. Non-Deductibility of VAT

Pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 2, of Presidential Decree no. 633 of 1972, VAT will not be deductible on the purchase of prizes consisting of taxable goods. The Promoting Entity waives the right to claim back withholding tax, applicable under Article 30 (or Articles 23, 24, 25, and 25-bis) of Presidential Decree no. 600/1973, only if the winner is not a "final consumer."

Article XVII. Collection of Personal Data

17.1 By participating in this Operation, Recipients acknowledge that their personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable European regulations on personal data processing. They have reviewed the privacy information available at the time of prize claim, which can be freely consulted along with the Operation Regulations on https://www.samsung.it/promozioni.

17.2 The data of Recipients collected within the scope of the Operation will be stored on a server located in Europe and replicated in real-time (via mirroring) to an Italian server located at Samsung's headquarters.

Article XVIII. Miscellaneous

18.1 Participation in this Operation implies the Recipient's unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these Regulations without any limitation.

18.2 All communications related to this Operation will be sent to the phone numbers and/or email addresses provided by the Recipient during the purchase process. It is the Recipient's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are correct and active and to confirm receipt of the Order Confirmation Email, including checking their spam folder. Samsung is not responsible for the Recipient's failure to receive or read any email communications related to this Operation due to causes attributable to the provider or any other cause not attributable to Samsung.

18.3 Any attempts at fraudulent use or external interference with the site may constitute punishable offenses. Recipients who, in Samsung's sole and unappealable judgment and/or that of the third party appointed by it, are deemed eligible for the Prize through suspicious, fraudulent means, or in violation of the normal conduct of the Operation, will not receive the Prize. Samsung and/or the third party appointed by it reserve the right to take action, as deemed most appropriate and in compliance with current laws, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the designed system.

18.4 Samsung and the third party appointed by it assume no responsibility for events not attributable to them, including but not limited to: access, impediment, malfunction, or difficulties concerning technical tools, computers, cables, electronics, software, and hardware, transmission and connection, telephone lines that may prevent the Recipient from participating in this Operation.

18.5 For matters not covered in these Regulations, the Promoting Entity refers to the provisions of Presidential Decree 430/2001.
