Pre-wash compartment: Pre-wash detergent.

Softener compartment: Fabric softener. Liquid starch. Bleach. Pour softener, starch or bleach solution only up to the MAX mark.

Release button: Press to release the drawer for cleaning.

PROGRAMMES

To select the correct wash program, always refer to the care label on the garment. The value indicated by the tub symbol is the maximum permitted wash temperature for the item.

Mixed load: For washing cotton, linen, synthetic or mixed-fibre garments that retain their shape, which are lightly or normally soiled.

Eco 40-60: For washing normally soiled cotton garments that can be washed at 40°C or 60°C together in the same program. This is the standard cotton program and the most efficient in terms of energy and water consumption.

20 °C: For washing lightly soiled cotton garments at 20°C.

Coloureds: White and pastel garments made from delicate fabrics. A gentle wash program to prevent garments from turning grey or yellow. Use a strong detergent and, if necessary, a stain remover or oxygen-based bleach. Do not use liquid detergent.

Delicates: For washing all wool garments, including those only suitable for hand washing, can be washed with the "Delicates" program. For best results, use a special detergent and do not exceed the maximum wash load in kilograms.

Spin: Spins the laundry and then drains the water. For robust laundry.

Rinse + Spin: A program with separate rinsing and vigorous spinning. For robust laundry.

Easy care: For washing very delicate items. It is recommended to turn garments inside out before washing.

Hygiene: This program destroys 99% of bacteria by washing normally to heavily soiled bedding, tablecloths, underwear, towels, shirts, etc., made of cotton and linen fabrics.

Synthetics: For washing synthetic items (e.g. polyester, polyacrylic, viscose, etc.) or cotton-synthetic mixed fibre items.

Rapid 30°: For washing lightly worn cotton, polyester, polyamide, and cotton-blend garments. A short program to refresh laundry.

Cotton: Medium to heavily soiled and durable cotton items.

FIRST USE

To remove production residues, select the "Cotton" program at 95°C. Add a small amount of washing powder (max 1/3 of the detergent manufacturer's recommended amount for lightly soiled laundry) to the main compartment of the detergent drawer. Start the program without adding laundry to the machine.

DAILY USE

Prepare the laundry according to the recommendations in the "TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS" section. Place the laundry in the machine, close the door, and check that it is securely closed. Add detergent and additives. Use the quantities recommended on the detergent packaging. Close the lid. Turn the program knob to the appropriate program and make additional selections if necessary. The display will show the duration of the selected program (hours and minutes), and the "Start/Pause" indicator light will flash. To change the spin speed, press the spin button. The indicator light showing the preset spin speed will illuminate. Open the tap and press the "Start/Pause" button ▷II to start the wash cycle. The "Start/Pause" indicator light will illuminate, and the door will lock. As the laundry load and inlet water temperature vary, the remaining time for certain program phases will be recalculated. In this case, an animation will be displayed on the time indicator.

STOPPING OR CHANGING THE CURRENT PROGRAM

To pause the wash cycle, press the "Start/Pause" button ▷II; the indicator light will flash. If you wish to change settings, select a new program, an additional option, or a spin speed. To resume the wash cycle from where it was interrupted, press the "Start/Pause" button ▷II again. Do not add detergent for this program.

DOOR OPEN INDICATOR LIGHT

Before starting and after finishing a program, the door open indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the door can be opened. During the wash program, the door remains locked and must not be forced open. If you absolutely need to open the door during a program, for example, to add laundry or remove accidentally loaded laundry, press the "Start/Pause" button ▷II. If the temperature is not too high, the "Door open" indicator light will illuminate. It may take some time before you can open the door. To resume the program, press the "Start/Pause" button ▷II again.

PROGRAM END

The "Door open" indicator light will illuminate, and "End" will be displayed on the screen. Turn the program knob to the "Off/O" position and close the water tap. Open the door and unload the machine. Leave the door open for a while to allow the machine to dry inside. After approximately 15 minutes, the washing machine will switch off completely to save energy.

To interrupt a running program before the end of the cycle, press and hold the Reset/Empty button for at least 3 seconds. The water will be drained. It may take some time before you can open the door.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

If a program and optional feature combination is not possible, the indicator lights will switch off automatically. Incompatible option combinations will be automatically cancelled.

Colours 15°: Saves energy used for heating water while ensuring a good wash result. Preserves colours when washing coloured items. Recommended for lightly soiled, non-stained laundry. Ensure your detergent is suitable for use at cold wash temperatures.

FreshCare: Select this option if you cannot remove the laundry promptly after the program has finished, or if you tend to forget the laundry in the washing machine. It keeps the laundry fresh. The washing machine will periodically tumble the laundry after the program has finished. The "FreshCare" button light will flash if the function is active, and an animation will be displayed on the screen. The regular tumbling of the laundry will continue for approximately 6 hours after the wash program has finished and can be stopped at any time by pressing the "FreshCare" button. It will take a little longer before you can open the door. When the "FreshCare" period is over, "End" will be displayed on the screen.

Delay Start: To start the selected program at a later time, press the "Delay Start" button ◗ to set the desired delay time. The "Delay Start" button ◗ light will illuminate and will go out when the program starts. After pressing the "Start/Pause" button ▷II, the delay countdown will begin. The number of preset hours can be reduced by pressing the "Delay Start" button ◗ again. Do not use liquid detergent with this option. To cancel the "Delay Start" function, turn the program knob to a different selection.

Rapid: Allows for faster washing by shortening the program duration. Recommended for small loads of lightly soiled laundry.

Pre-wash: Only for heavily soiled laundry (e.g., with sand, mud). Extends the cycle duration by approximately 15 minutes. If you use pre-wash, do not use liquid detergent for the main wash.

Energy Saver: Optimal washing results and even lower energy consumption are achieved thanks to lower temperatures and a slightly modified wash cycle duration.

Intensive Rinse: Extends the rinse phase to ensure the removal of detergent residues. Especially suitable for washing laundry for small children and allergy sufferers, and for use in areas with soft water.

Spin

Each program has a preset spin speed. If you wish to change the spin speed, press the spin button. If spin speed "0" is selected, the final spin is omitted, but the intermediate spin during rinsing is the fastest. The water is simply drained.

CHILD LOCK - 3 sec

You can lock the control panel buttons to prevent accidental use (e.g., by children). Press and hold both child lock buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. The key symbol ? will illuminate on the display. To unlock the buttons, perform the same procedure.

BLEACHING

Wash laundry using the "Cotton" or "Synthetics" program, adding an appropriate amount of chlorine bleach to the softener compartment (close the lid properly). As soon as the program has finished, turn the program knob and start the desired program again to completely remove the bleach odour; if desired, you can add softener. Never put chlorine bleach and softener in the softener compartment at the same time.

TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Sort laundry according to:

Empty pockets: Items such as coins and zippers can damage both your laundry and the drum.

Appliance interior: If you do not use the 95°C wash or use it rarely, we recommend running the washing machine without laundry at 95°C occasionally, adding a small amount of detergent to keep the appliance interior clean.

Follow dispensing recommendations / additives: This optimizes washing results, helps prevent irritating detergent residues from remaining in the laundry, and saves money by avoiding the use of excessive detergent.

Use lower temperatures and longer cycle times: The most energy-efficient programs are generally those that use lower temperatures and have longer cycle times.

Observe quantities: To reduce water and energy consumption, follow the recommended laundry quantities in the "PROGRAMME TABLE".

Noise and residual moisture content: These are affected by the spin speed: the higher the spin speed during the spin phase, the greater the noise and the lower the residual moisture content.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before performing cleaning and maintenance, switch off the washing machine and disconnect it from the power supply. Do not use flammable liquids to clean the washing machine! Clean and maintain your washing machine regularly (at least four times a year).

Cleaning the exterior of the machine: Use a soft damp cloth to clean the washing machine casing. Do not use scouring powders, all-purpose or glass cleaning agents, or other similar agents to clean the control panel – these agents may damage the labels printed on the control panel.

Detergent drawer: Clean regularly, at least three to four times a year, to prevent detergent build-up. Press the release button to release and remove the drawer. A small amount of water may remain in the drawer, so hold it upright. Wash the drawer under running water. You can also remove the siphon cap to clean behind the drawer. Reinstall the siphon cap (if removed), reinsert the drawer by placing its lower hooks into the corresponding slots in the cover and pushing the drawer towards the cover until it clicks into place. Ensure the detergent drawer is correctly reinstalled.

Water inlet hose check: Regularly check the water inlet hose for brittleness and cracks. Replace any damaged hose with a new one, which can be obtained from the service centre. Depending on the hose type: If the inlet hose is made of transparent material, regularly check for any discolouration. Discolouration may indicate a leak and the hose should be replaced. Hoses with a water block (if available): check the small inspection window of the valve (see arrow). If the inspection window is red, the block has activated and the hose must be replaced. To unscrew the hose, press the release button (if present).

Water inlet hose filter check: Check and clean regularly (at least two to three times a year). Close the tap and unscrew the hose from the tap. Clean the internal filter and screw the water inlet hose back onto the tap. Now unscrew the water inlet hose at the back of the washing machine. Use pliers to remove the filter and clean it. Reinsert the filter and screw the hose back onto the machine. Turn on the tap and check that the connection is watertight.

Cleaning the water filter / draining residual water: The washing machine is equipped with an automatic drain pump. The filter traps items such as buttons, coins, safety pins, etc., that may have been left in the laundry. If the machine has operated with hot water, allow the water to cool before draining. Clean the water filter regularly to prevent water from being prevented from draining. If water cannot drain, an indicator will show that the water filter may be clogged.

Use a coin to open the filter cover. Place a wide, shallow bowl under the water filter to drain the water. Slowly turn the filter counter-clockwise until water begins to drain. Allow the water to drain without removing the filter. If the bowl fills up, close the filter by turning it clockwise. Empty the bowl. Repeat the procedure until all water has drained. The washing machine has several automatic safety and feedback functions. Then, remove the water filter by turning it counter-clockwise. Clean the water filter (remove debris from the filter and clean it under running water) and the filter housing. Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the pump impeller (in the housing behind the filter). Insert the water filter and close the filter cover. Reinstall the water filter by turning it clockwise. Make sure it is fully inserted. To test the filter's seal, you can pour about 1 litre of water into the drum and then check if the filter is leaking. Then close the filter cover.

Lid seal: Regularly check the lid seal and clean it occasionally with a damp cloth.

Removing items between the drum and the tub: If an item accidentally falls between the drum and the tub, one of the drum lifters can be removed to retrieve it.

Disconnect the washing machine from the power supply. Remove laundry from the drum. Close the drum flaps and rotate the drum half a turn (fig. a). Using a screwdriver, press the plastic end and simultaneously push the lifter by hand from left to right (fig. b, c) so that it falls into the drum. Open the drum. You can remove the fallen object through the hole in the drum. Reinstall the lifter inside the drum. Position the plastic end over the hole on the right side of the drum (fig. d). Then push the plastic lifter from right to left until it clicks into place. Close the drum flaps again, rotate the drum half a turn, and check the attachment of the lifter in all attachment points. Reconnect the washing machine to the power supply.

TRANSPORT AND HANDLING

Disconnect the power cord and close the water tap. Disconnect the inlet hose from the tap and remove the outlet hose from the drain point. Remove any remaining water from the hoses and the washing machine, and secure the hoses so they are not damaged during transport. To move the machine, pull the transport lever located underneath slightly by hand (if your model has one). Push the washing machine with your foot until it stops. Then push the transport lever back to its original stable position. Reinstall the transport bracket. Follow the instructions in the "Installation Guide" in reverse order for removing the transport bracket.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Sometimes the machine may not operate correctly for various reasons. Before calling for service, we recommend trying to resolve the fault using the list below.

Anomalies: Possible causes / Solutions:
Washing machine does not spin and/or program does not start • The power plug is not connected to the socket or is poorly connected. • There has been a power outage. • The door is not closed properly. • The Child Lock - O function is activated (if available). • To save energy, the washing machine automatically switches off before starting a program and after the program has finished. To switch on the washing machine, first turn the program selector to "Off/O" and then to the desired program.
Wash cycle does not start. • The "Start/Pause" button ▷II has been pressed. • The water tap is not open. • "Delay Start" Pr has been selected.
The appliance stops during the program and the "Start/Pause" button ▷II indicator light flashes • The "Delay End" option is activated (if available). • The program has been changed – re-select the desired program and press the "Start/Pause" button ▷II. • The machine is not level. • The transport bracket has not been removed; the transport bracket must be removed before using the washing machine.
The appliance vibrates • The laundry is unbalanced in the machine, which prevents spinning and avoids damage to the machine. As a result, the laundry is still very wet. Imbalance can be caused by: a small load (consisting of only a few items that are quite large or absorbent, such as towels) or large/heavy items. • Avoid small wash loads whenever possible. • The "Spin" button is set to a low spin speed.
The final spin result is not good. The laundry is still very wet. • Turn off the machine, unplug it from the power supply, and wait about 1 minute, then switch the machine back on. • If the problem persists, contact customer service.
The "Spin/Drain" indicator light flashes or the spin speed is displayed on the screen or the spin speed indicator flashes after the program has finished - depending on the model • The drain is not working. Clean the water filter. • There is no or insufficient water supply to the appliance.
The machine displays an error code (e.g. F-02, F-..) and/or the service indicator light illuminates • Turn off the machine, unplug it from the power supply, and wait about 1 minute, then switch the machine back on. • If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Water filter clogged indicator light illuminates • The water filter needs cleaning.
No water indicator light illuminates • There is no water supply or it is insufficient.
