It features 1600 watts of heating power and forced-air circulation for even cooking. The oven can accommodate up to four 1/2 size sheet pans, with four chrome wire shelves included. The temperature is adjustable up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it includes a 120-minute audible timer for tracking cooking, though the timer does not control cooking. Both the interior and exterior are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, and it has a cool-touch dual pane glass door to retain heat and prevent burns. A rear vent ensures even heat and air distribution. Operation requires a 120V electrical connection.
