1. Charging and Activation

Connect the FV4 charging cable to a 5V-1A adapter and plug it in. Ensure the cable aligns correctly with the metal contact pins on the watch's back. Built-in magnets will automatically attach to the correct poles for charging.

If the watch is new or unused for a long time, the battery might be in a 0-volt protection state. Charge for at least 15 minutes to activate. Magnets ensure proper charging alignment.

It is recommended to charge the device monthly. Keep it fully charged and turn it off when not in use for optimal longevity and performance.

2. App Download and Watch Button Functions

Download the "FitCloudPro" app from the App Store ? or Google Play ▶️. You can also scan the QR code ? provided to download.

Watch Button Functions: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds for On/Off. A short press functions as Back/Menu.

3. Pairing the Watch - iOS

Upon first use of the FitCloudPro app, grant necessary permissions for Bluetooth ?, wireless data, and notifications via your smartphone's settings.

Use the app by selecting "Visit as Guest" or "Sign In".

4. Bluetooth Connection - iOS

Select 'Search Now' to discover and connect to the NX17 PRO Bluetooth device. Tap the watch to 'Agree', grant access, and complete pairing.

Allow Bluetooth ? pairing requests and notifications.

5. Setting Up the FitCloudPro App on Android

Agree to the FitCloud Pro Privacy Policy & User Agreement, then Sign In or use the app without an account.

Enter your personal information and allow Bluetooth ? search/connection for nearby devices.

Allow FitCloudPro to discover and connect to NX17 PRO devices. Tap the watch and select 'Agree' to grant access and complete pairing.

Allow Bluetooth ? pairing requests and access to contacts.

6. Activating Push Notifications

Notifications cannot be received if the phone is in "Do Not Disturb" mode. Ensure Bluetooth ? is active on your phone, the FitCloud Pro app is running, and the watch is connected via Bluetooth.

Verify that notifications are visible in your phone's notification bar.

7. Activating Weather Location

Enable the weather report function in the FitCloudPro app to receive weather forecasts.

8. Setting Watch Display Units

Configure unit preferences within the app. Options include:

9. Setting and Downloading Watch Faces

Press and hold the watch face for 2 seconds, then swipe quickly to switch between different watch faces.

Download watch faces from the FitCloudPro watch face UI market. Only one watch face UI can be saved at a time; new downloads replace existing ones.

10. Resetting the Watch

If exercise, sleep, or heart rate data is inaccurate, or if Bluetooth ? connection or call functions are faulty, try resetting the watch. Alternatively, firmware can be updated via the app.

11. Setting Always-On Displays

Tap "Settings" ⚙️ and navigate to "Display".

Tap "AOD-Watch" to activate either the "Digital Clock" or "Analog Clock".

Note: To conserve battery, the "Lift to Wake" function can be disabled when the AOD function is active.

12. Turning Call and Media Audio On/Off

Tap ? to activate or deactivate Bluetooth ? Calling.

To prevent the watch from playing media sounds or making/answering calls, turn off the Media Audio and Call Audio settings.

Note: If Media Audio is activated, Call Audio must also be activated.

13. Adding and Synchronizing Favorite Contacts

Add contacts to your watch via the FitCloudPro app.

Note: Due to privacy settings, some phones may require manual activation of Bluetooth ? contact synchronization.

14. Important Safety Tips

Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures like direct sunlight or near high-temperature devices (heaters, ovens, microwaves, water heaters). High temperatures can cause battery explosions or safety incidents.

The product contains a non-removable pure cobalt battery. Do not attempt to disassemble it.

While the product has passed water tests, varied usage may affect sealing performance. Use with caution during swimming and diving, and avoid saunas or hot showers.

These products are not medical devices. Health data (heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, calories, steps) is for reference only, not for clinical diagnosis.

15. Activating Automatic App Start

Follow these steps to enable the FitCloudPro app to start automatically on different phone brands:
