1. Charging and Activation
a. Connect the TX2 charging cable to a 5V-1A adapter and plug it in. Ensure the cable aligns correctly with the metal contact pins on the back of the watch. The built-in magnets will automatically attach to the correct poles for charging.
b. If the watch is new or has not been used for a long time, the battery might be in a 0-volt protection state. Charge the watch for at least 15 minutes to gather enough energy to activate it. The built-in magnets will automatically attach to the correct poles for charging.
c. It is recommended to charge the device once a month. Keep the device fully charged and turn it off when not in use to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
2. App Download
① Download the "FitCloudPro" app from the App Store or Google Play.
② Scan the QR code to download.

Watch Button Functions:
- Short press for Menu, long press for 3 seconds to Open/Close.
- Short press for Back/Turn off display, long press for Voice Assistant.
- Short press to turn flashlight on/off, long press for Timer.
3. Pairing the Watch - iOS
a. On first use of the FitCloudPro app, enable access to Bluetooth, wireless data, and notifications on your compatible smartphone by granting all required permissions via your phone's settings.

b. Use the app by selecting "Visit as Guest" or "Sign In".

4. Bluetooth Connection - iOS
a. Select 'Search Now' to discover and connect to the TX2 Bluetooth device, then tap the watch to 'agree', grant access, and complete the pairing process.

b. "Allow Bluetooth Pairing" and "Allow Notifications".

5. Setting up the FitCloudPro App on Android
a. "Agree" to the FitCloudPro Privacy Policy & User Agreement, Sign In, or Use without an account.

b. Enter your personal information and allow Bluetooth search/connection in the vicinity.

c. Allow FitCloudPro to discover and connect to TX2 devices. Tap the watch and select 'Agree' to grant access and complete the pairing process.

d. Allow Bluetooth pairing requests and access to contacts.

6. Activating Push Notifications
a. Note that the watch cannot receive notifications if the phone is in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
b. Ensure Bluetooth is active on the mobile phone, the FitCloudPro app is running, and the watch is connected via Bluetooth.
c. Ensure notifications are visible in your phone's notification bar.

7. Activating Weather Location
Activate the weather report function in the FitCloudPro app to receive weather forecasts.

8. Setting the Watch Display Unit
Navigate to "Unit Prefer" in the app settings.
Select preferred units for:
- Length Unit Prefer: Metric System (Meters, Kilometers) or Imperial (Feet, Miles)
- Weight Unit Prefer: Metric System (KG) or Imperial (Pounds)
- Temperature Unit Prefer: Centigrade Degree (C) or Fahrenheit Degree (°F)
9. Setting/Downloading Watch Faces
a. Press and hold the watch face for 2 seconds, then swipe quickly to switch between watch faces.
b. Download watch faces from the FitCloudPro watch face UI market. Note that only one watch face UI can be stored at a time. A new download replaces the previously stored watch face UI.

10. Resetting the Watch
If exercise, sleep, or heart rate data is inaccurate, or if the Bluetooth connection or calling function fails, try resetting the watch as shown below and reconnecting. Alternatively, you can reset or update the firmware via the app.

11. Setting Up Permanent Display (Always-On Display)
a. Tap "Settings" and navigate to "Display".

b. Press "AOD clock" to activate either the "Digital clock" or the "Analog clock".

REMARK: To prolong battery life, the watch may disable the "Raise to wake" function to reduce unnecessary power consumption when the AOD function is active.
12. Turning Call and Media Audio On/Off
a. Tap to activate or deactivate Bluetooth Calling.

b. To prevent the watch from playing media sounds or making/answering calls, simply turn off the media audio and call audio settings.
Connection Status Display:

Note: The watch pairs with the iOS system app, enabling notification reminders even when the app is closed. For Android phones, however, the app must be open to receive notification reminders.
13. Adding and Synchronizing Favorite Contacts
Add contacts to the watch via FitCloudPro.

14. Important Safety Tips
a. Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures such as scorching sunlight or near high-temperature appliances like heaters, ovens, microwaves, or water heaters. High temperatures can lead to battery explosions or other safety incidents.
b. The product contains a non-removable pure cobalt battery. Non-professionals should not disassemble it in case of a safety incident.
c. This product has passed multiple water tests before launch. However, due to different usage methods, internal parts may experience wear, affecting sealing performance. Therefore, wear and use the smartwatch with caution when swimming and diving, but avoid wearing it in saunas or during hot showers.
d. Our products are not medical devices. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, calories, and steps, along with other collected health data, are for reference only and not for clinical use.
