1. Charging and Activation
a. Connect the EF7 charging cable to a 5V-1A adapter and plug it in. Ensure the cable aligns correctly with the metal contact pins on the back of the watch. The built-in magnets will automatically attach to the correct poles for charging.
b. If the watch is new or has not been used for a long time, the battery may be in a 0-volt protection state. Charge the watch for at least 15 minutes to gather enough energy to activate it. The built-in magnets will automatically attach to the correct poles for charging.
c. It is recommended to charge the device once a month. Keep the device fully charged and turn it off when not in use to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
2. App Download & Watch Button Functions

Watch Button Functions
The watch features several buttons and interactive elements:
- Sport Button: Hold for 3 seconds to power on/off or access the Menu.
- Other Buttons: (Visible on the watch face, e.g., HEART, POWER, BACK)
- Crown/Dial: Displays time, date, steps, heart rate, and temperature.
- Function Access: Long press a specific button (likely the crown) to start the voice assistant. A short press can be used to go back or close the current screen.
- Flashlight: Access the flashlight function.
3. Pairing the Watch – iOS
a. For first-time use of the FitCloudPro app, enable access to Bluetooth, wireless data, and notifications on your compatible smartphone by granting all required permissions via your phone's settings.
- The app will request permission to use Bluetooth to pair with the device. Tap 'OK' ✔️.
- The app will request permission to send notifications. Tap 'Allow' ✔️.
b. Use the app with "Visit As Guest" or "Sign In".
- The app will request permission to use wireless data. Select 'WLAN & Cellular' or 'WLAN Only'.
4. Bluetooth Connection – iOS
a. Select 'Search Now' to discover and connect to the EF7 Bluetooth device. Tap the watch to 'Agree', grant access, and complete the pairing process.
- The phone will display a "Agree to the phone binding request?" prompt. Tap the checkmark ✔️.
b. "Allow Bluetooth Pairing" and "Allow Notifications".
- A "Bluetooth Pairing Request" will appear: "EF7" would like to pair with your iPhone. Tap 'Pair'.
- A prompt will ask: "Allow EF7 to Receive Your iPhone Notifications?". Tap 'Allow' ✔️.
5. Setting up the FitCloudPro App on Android
Permissions and Agreement
a. "Agree" to the FitCloudPro Privacy Policy & User Agreement, then Sign In or Use without Account.
b. Enter your personal information and allow Bluetooth search/connection nearby.
- Profile: Fill in Nickname, Birthday, Sex, Height, and Weight. Tap 'NEXT'.
- Permissions: The app requires permission for "Nearby devices" to search/connect. Tap 'OK' ✔️.
Device Pairing
c. Allow FitCloudPro to discover and connect to EF7 devices. Tap the watch and select 'Agree' to grant access and complete the pairing process.
- A prompt will ask: "Allow FitCloudPro to find, connect to, and determine the relative position of nearby devices?". Tap 'Allow' ✔️.
- The phone will display an "Agree to the phone binding request?" prompt. Tap the checkmark ✔️.
d. Allow Bluetooth pairing requests and access to contacts.
- A "Bluetooth pairing request" will appear: "Pair with EF7?". Tap 'Pair' ✔️.
- A prompt will ask: "Allow access to contacts?". This includes data about incoming and outgoing calls. Tap 'Allow' ✔️.
6. Activating Push Notifications
a. Note that the watch cannot receive notifications if the phone is in "Do Not Disturb" mode ?.
b. Ensure Bluetooth is activated on the mobile phone, the FitCloudPro app is running, and the watch is connected via Bluetooth to the phone.
c. Ensure notifications are visible in your phone's notification bar.
You can enable notifications for various apps:
- Call ?
- SMS ✉️
- Email ?
- Facebook f
- WhatsApp ?
- Messenger
Within the FitCloudPro app's notification settings, you can configure alerts for Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners, as well as Banner Style, Sounds, and Badges.
7. Activating Weather Location
Activate the weather report function in the FitCloudPro app to receive weather forecasts.
- The app will request permission to use your location to track your movements. Select 'Allow Once', 'Allow While Using App', or 'Don't Allow'.
8. Setting the Watch Display Unit
Configure the unit preferences for your watch:
- Length Unit: Metric System (Meters, Kilometers) or Imperial (Feet, Miles).
- Weight Unit: Metric System (KG) or Imperial (Pounds).
- Temperature Unit: Centigrade Degree (°C) or Fahrenheit Degree (°F).
9. Setting/Downloading Watch Faces
a. Press the watch face for 2 seconds and then swipe quickly to switch between watch faces.
b. Download watch faces from the FitCloudPro watch face UI market. Note that only one watch face UI can be stored at a time. A new download will replace the previously stored watch face UI.
Touchscreen Functionality Overview
Navigate the watch interface:
- Control Center: Access quick settings and status icons.
- Menu: View all available apps and functions in a grid.
- Function/Apps: Access specific features and data screens.
- Messages: View incoming notifications and messages.
Navigation typically involves swiping between these screens or using the watch buttons.
10. Resetting the Watch
If exercise, sleep, or heart rate data is inaccurate, or if the Bluetooth connection or call function fails, try resetting the watch and reconnecting. Alternatively, you can reset or update the firmware via the FitCloudPro app.
- Navigate to Settings ⚙️ > System > Reset.
11. Setting up the Always-On Display
a. Tap "Settings" ⚙️ and go to "Display" ?️.
b. Tap "AOD Clock" to activate either the "Digital Clock" ⏰ or the "Analog Clock" ⌚.
NOTE: To extend battery life, the watch can disable the "Raise to Wake" function to reduce unnecessary power consumption when the AOD function is active.
12. Turning Call and Media Audio On/Off
a. Tap ? to activate or deactivate Bluetooth Calling.
b. To prevent the watch from playing media sounds or making/answering calls, turn off the Media Audio and Call Audio settings.
NOTE: If Media Audio is activated, Call Audio must also be activated.
13. Adding and Syncing Favorite Contacts
a. Add contacts to the watch via FitCloudPro.
b. Note: Some phones require manual activation of Bluetooth contact synchronization due to privacy considerations.
- Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth > Allow New Connections.
- Under "MY DEVICES", ensure EF7 is connected.
- Under "Device Type", select "Sync Contacts".
- Choose which groups of contacts to sync: Phone Favorites, Phone Recents, All Contacts, Corporation, Family, Friend.
14. Important Safety Tips
- Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures such as scorching sunlight or near high-temperature appliances like heaters, ovens, microwaves, or water heaters. High temperatures can lead to battery explosions or other safety incidents.
- The product contains a non-removable pure cobalt battery. Non-professionals must not attempt to disassemble it in case of a safety incident.
- This product has passed multiple water tests before launch. However, due to different usage methods, internal parts may experience wear, affecting sealing performance. Wear and use the smartwatch with caution when swimming and diving, but avoid wearing it in saunas or hot showers.
- Our products are not medical devices. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, calories, and steps, as well as other collected health data, are for reference only and not for clinical use.
15. Activating Automatic App Start
Follow these steps to ensure the FitCloudPro app starts automatically on your phone:
- XIAOMI: Settings > Apps > Permissions > Autostart > Open FitCloudPro.
- HUAWEI: Settings > Apps & Services > App Start > Open FitCloudPro.
- SAMSUNG: "Smart Manager" > Find the option "Auto-Run Application" > Go to setting "Auto-Start Application" > Open the program for auto-start settings.
