FNIRSI-1014D Two-in-One Digital Oscilloscope & Signal Generator

Product Introduction

The FNIRSI-1014D is a versatile two-in-one digital oscilloscope and signal generator from FNIRSI, offering comprehensive functions and high practicality. This cost-effective dual-channel desktop oscilloscope is designed for maintenance and R&D industries. It features a real-time sampling rate of 1GSa/s and 100MHz*2 analog bandwidth. The complete trigger function (single, normal, automatic) allows for free use with both periodic analog and aperiodic digital signals.

A built-in DDS function signal generator with an industry-original chopping output (@ 2.5VPP) supports 14 standard function signals and customizable chopping signals. The chopping output can intercept part or the whole of complex signals measured by the oscilloscope, storing up to 1000 customized cut-off signals.

The integrated high-voltage protection module tolerates up to 400V continuous voltage, preventing damage from incorrect probe settings. A large time-base scrolling mode monitors slow level changes. Efficient one-button auto, self-adaptive 25%, 50%, 75% trigger displays waveforms without complex adjustments. The device features a 7-inch 800x480 high-definition LCD screen and a cursor measurement function for direct amplitude and frequency readings.

Convenient screen capture and waveform storage are supported with 1GB internal space, allowing storage of up to 1000 screen capture pictures and 1000 groups of waveform data. The storage process is simple and fast. A powerful waveform image manager facilitates thumbnail browsing, viewing details, page turning, deletion, and waveform manipulation for secondary analysis. A USB interface enables sharing screen captures with a computer. Lissajous graphic display compares and judges amplitude, frequency, and phase of two signals, while FFT viewing estimates harmonic components.

Serious Warning!

  1. When using both channels simultaneously, the ground clamps of both probes must be connected together. Connecting them to different potentials, especially high-power equipment or 220V, is strictly forbidden as it will burn the oscilloscope motherboard. Both channels are grounded together, and connecting to different potentials will short-circuit the internal ground wires. This applies to all oscilloscopes.
  2. The BNC input of the oscilloscope can withstand a maximum of 400V. Inputting more than 400V with a 1x probe is strictly forbidden.
  3. The original power supply must be used. It is strictly forbidden to use power supplies or USB from other devices under test, as this may short-circuit the motherboard ground wire during testing.
  4. For measuring high-frequency and high-voltage signals (e.g., ultrasonic welding machines, high-frequency transformers, induction cooker coils), a 100x probe or even a 1000x probe must be used.

Solemnly Remind

The bandwidth of a 1x probe is 5MHz, and a 10x probe is 100MHz. When the measurement frequency exceeds 5MHz, the switch on the probe handle and the oscilloscope setting must be moved to 10x. Otherwise, the signal will be significantly attenuated, which is common for all oscilloscopes. The oscilloscope's probe line has a capacitance of 100-300pF, which greatly attenuates high-frequency signals. To match this capacitance, the input end of the probe line attenuates the signal 10 times (when the switch is in 10x gear), using the capacitance for impedance matching, achieving a 100MHz bandwidth. Only probes with 100MHz bandwidth or above should be used.
