Campaign Overview

• What: Giveaway of vouchers up to RM80.
• Who is Eligible: New and existing Unifi Home/Mobile customers.
• How to Participate: Subscribe to UNI5G Postpaid plans (39, 69, 99) or purchase selected smartphones.
• Campaign Period: August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025.
• Mechanics: Rewards are limited to the first set of customers who subscribe or purchase eligible items. Specific rewards include Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet Reload PINs and ZUS vouchers, varying by plan or device.

Joining and Redemption

To join the campaign, customers need to log in via the MyUnifi app, Unifi Selfcare portal (selfcare.unifi.com.my), or the Unifi Mobile app/eStore (unifi.com.my/mobile/postpaid or unifi.com.my/mobile/devices). Upon successful subscription or activation, participants are automatically enrolled. Redemption involves checking email for a notification, filling out an online form, and answering a simple question. Vouchers are typically received within 90 days after successful subscription, provided the Unifi account remains active and in good standing.

Important Information

Giveaways are non-transferable and limited to one per NRIC or email address. Customers upgrading or changing their current Unifi subscription may not be eligible. It is advised to check email regularly, including spam folders, and add digital@unifi.com.my to the safe sender list.
