Unifi presents an exclusive online campaign throughout August 2025, offering valuable rewards to its customers. This initiative aims to enhance the customer experience by providing incentives for subscribing to specific Unifi services and purchasing eligible devices.
To join the campaign, customers need to log in via the MyUnifi app, Unifi Selfcare portal (selfcare.unifi.com.my), or the Unifi Mobile app/eStore (unifi.com.my/mobile/postpaid or unifi.com.my/mobile/devices). Upon successful subscription or activation, participants are automatically enrolled. Redemption involves checking email for a notification, filling out an online form, and answering a simple question. Vouchers are typically received within 90 days after successful subscription, provided the Unifi account remains active and in good standing.
Giveaways are non-transferable and limited to one per NRIC or email address. Customers upgrading or changing their current Unifi subscription may not be eligible. It is advised to check email regularly, including spam folders, and add digital@unifi.com.my to the safe sender list.
