MAXTRAX LITE

Required Items for Fast On, Fast Off

Mounting Points: 2

Hitches Needed:

  • 8159 - HD Hitch Standard AND
  • 8210 – HD Accessory Plate Gen 2: Use when brackets cannot be located at 634mm centres, typical for roof rack bars or platform racks with slats/bars that run TRANSVERSE (across the vehicle width).
  • OR
  • 8173 - HD Accessory Bars: Use when brackets can be located at 634mm centres, typically for platform racks with slats that run LONGITUDINAL (along the vehicle length).

Brackets Required for Fast On, Fast Off

Mounting Points: 2

Brackets Needed:

  • For Bars or Platform Styles with Transverse Slats (No Perimeter Lip):
    • 8320 – HD 15 Degree Angle Brackets: For storing recovery boards to nominally match the rake of the vehicle's side (approx. 15 degrees off-vertical).
    • 8304 – HD Adjustable Brackets Short (DOUBLE): For height adjustable storage, nominally matching the vehicle's side rake (approx. 15 degrees off-vertical).
  • For Platform Styles with Longitudinal Slats (No Perimeter Lip):
    • 8320 – HD 15 Degree Angle Brackets: For storing recovery boards to nominally match the vehicle's side rake (approx. 15 degrees off-vertical).
    • 8306 – HD Adjustable Brackets Long (DOUBLE): For height adjustable storage, nominally matching the vehicle's side rake (approx. 15 degrees off-vertical).

Note: Roof racks with perimeter lips may require separate packers. Brackets marked with '+' are both height and angle adjustable.

Wall Mounts (Optional)

Benefits

Allows removal of your roof rack accessory from your vehicle so that it can be fixed to a wall when not in use.

Mounting Locations

  • Secured Location:
    • 8160 - HD Wall Mounts (For Locked Garages, Workshop Walls)
  • Unsecured Location:
    • 8161 - HD Lockable Wall Mounts (For Open Carports, Public/Shared Garage Area)

Note: Wall Mounts are for static wall use ONLY and cannot be used to mount anything to the vehicle.

MAXTRAX XTREME
