MAXTRAX® LITE
Items Required Minimum for Fast On, Fast Off!
Mounting Points: 2
Hitches Needed:
- 8159 - HD Hitch Standard AND 8210 – HD Accessory Plate Gen 2;
- 8173 - HD Accessory Bars
Use where brackets cannot be located at 634mm centres, the distance between the centres of the recovery board mounting points. This is typical of roof rack bars or platform racks with slats/bars that run TRANSVERSE (across the width of the vehicle); OR
Where brackets can be located at 634mm centres (typically for platform racks with slats that run LONGITUDINAL (along the length of the vehicle).
Brackets Required for Fast On, Fast Off!
Mounting Points: 2
Brackets Needed:
For Bars or Platform Styles with Transverse Slats (with no perimeter lip)
- 8320 – HD 15 Degree Angle Brackets*
- 8304 – HD Adjustable Brackets Short (DOUBLE)*+
For storing recovery boards to nominally match the rake of the side of the vehicle (i.e. 15 degrees off-vertical).
For height adjustable storage recovery boards to nominally match the rake of the side of the vehicle (i.e. 15 degrees off-vertical); OR
For Platform Styles with Longitudinal Slats (with no perimeter lip)
- 8320 – HD 15 Degree Angle Brackets*
- 8306 – HD Adjustable Brackets Long (DOUBLE)*+
For storing recovery boards to nominally match the rake of the side of the vehicle (i.e. 15 degrees off-vertical).
For height adjustable storage recovery boards to nominally match the rake of the side of the vehicle (i.e. 15 degrees off-vertical).
*Roof racks with perimeter lips require PACKERS to fit RacksBrax brackets (sold separately). Refer to Roof Rack Guide for more information on racks with perimeter lips.
+These brackets are both height and angle adjustable.
